All 9 of the supposed to be 12 pillars are sitting around the large meeting table.
Master called them all their for a meeting to discuss something he said was quite important and they were all waiting for him while having slight small talk with each other.
One thing lurked in their minds, witch was why he summoned them all for a meeting, and when they were told to come, they weren't told why, a rare occurrence.

They all thought of it, but none of them spoke a word of it, though they were all on the edge of their seats wondering what was going on.
A short while later, their master walks in with his two assistants on both of his sides helping him to his seat at the head of the table.
Everyone greets him and sits down.
"I would like to thank you all for coming on such short notice and I apologize for not addressing this situation earlier."
"There is no need to apologize" obanai replies.
"I-i agree" mitsuri says.
Sanemi replies, "with all due respect could you get to the point of this whole meeting thing?"
"Don't rush him" -obanai
"I wasn't talking to you snake-head"-sanemi
"You got a problem?" -obanai says coldly
"Maybe,you?" -Sanemi snaps back
"Calm the fuck down" -shinobu
"God bless these souls 😭"-gyomei
"What's all this commotion over again?"-muichiro
"Everyone please quiet down" kagaya says
They all stop their bickering to listen to what he has to say.
"So, getting straight to the point,as you all know we are short 3 hashira and have been for quite some time now."
He pauses for a moment
...
"it is very critical that we have the strongest team possible. And considering the odds, I have personally selected 3 new members to join to fill us back up to 12 , and I would like to know what you all think to see if we can come to some sort of agreeable terms."
"Sounds pretty flamboyant to me, but I need to meet these people your speaking of."-uzui
"And you will,very soon quite frankly."-kagaya
"I don't know what to think really, I'm okay with it as long as you all are." -mitsuri
"I mean I really don't care, as long as they aren't dumbasses it's cool."- muichiro
"I can assure you they are nothing of the sort ☺️" -kagaya
"I trust that you would only chooses the best of the best to join our ranks, therefore I so far support your decision.😁" - kyojuro
"I don't know,depends on who they are, I think we are strong enough on our own, but we will see, until then I have no opinion on the matter." - sanemi
"Hm" - giyu
" I have a feeling it might do some good, and maybe giyu could even make a friend, though it isn't very likely." - shinobu
"I have friends." -giyu
"Ok. Keep telling yourself that dear." - shinobu
" I don't know, to be quite frank having more brats here will be annoying, but if they don't step out of line I suppose we could make... a ... small exception." - obanai
"Awwww that so sweet of you obanaiiii" -mitsuri
" it is nothing of the sort mitsuri" -obanai
"Well I am glad we can all come to a nice agreement on the matter, but how about you gyomei?" - kagaya
"If it can bless all these poor souls then I can do nothing but agree."
There is a moment of silence before someone speaks up.
"So when are we going to be meeting these new hashira?" -sanemi
"Another reason why I called this meeting, they are on their way here right now." -kagaya
"What" they all reply.
And then they hear a knock on the front gate.
(If that makes any sense.)
"Ah they are here.☺️"
"Who exactly is here?" - obanai
