Chapter 5

Around 6 am
Colby wakes up, looks over at me and smiles.
Colby: Y/n. it's time to wake up beautiful
Y/n: okay i'm awake
i sit up and look at him smiling
Colby: you ready for your special day?
Y/n: fuck yea i am
Colby: i already have a bag packed for you and ready to go.
he looks at me and smiles
Y/n: thank you Colbs
i stand up
Y/n: i'm gonna go get a shower then we can leave okay
Colby: alright i'll be in the kitchen
i get in the shower and put on some music

10 minutes later

i hop out of the shower and blow dry my hair and put on light makeup. i throw my hair into a messy bun and put on a light blue sundress. i walk into the kitchen to see Colby with his jaw to the floor.
Y/n: what?
Colby: you look fucking gorgeous
Jake walks out of his room half asleep.
Jake: morning you guys- HOLY SHIT Y/N YOU LOOK FUCKING AMAZING.
i smile
Y/n: thanks you guys. i really excited for today.
Colby: well you should be because i'm gonna make today the day you will never forget.
he smiles at me.
Jake: alright shouldn't y'all be going?
Colby: shit your right come on Y/n.
he grabs my hand and we rush out the door.
we get into the car and start driving.
Colby: so i made a special playlist for today.
Y/n: really? let's hear it
Colby puts on his playlist and we jam out until we get to our first destination.
Colby: here's our first location.
Y/n: WOW this is beautiful Colbs.
we hop out of the car to an amazing view of Los Angeles. we take a seat on a bench and sit and watch the sunrise while listening to soft music.
Y/n: Colby i can't believe you would do this for me.
Colby: this is only the beginning i have plans for the entire day.

Back At The Apartment

Jake calls up Sam and Corey.
Sam: what's up bruther
Jake: tonight's the night boys.
Corey: oh shit he's actually going through with it.
Jake: yep so i need you 2 and Brennen here to help me set up the apartment for the end of their night.
Sam: we'll be heading over in like 10 minutes.

Back to Y/n and Colby

after the sun has risen we get up and stand there for an extra 5 minutes and admire the view.
Colby: isn't this place beautiful.
Y/n: i wish this would last forever.
Colby: the days not over yet beautiful. come one we still have more adventures to go on today.
he takes my hand and we head back to the car
Y/n: so where to next?
Colby: i'm taking you out to breakfast.
Y/n: i can't wait
Colby turns the music back on and we listen to "La La La" by Naughty Boy.

10 minutes later

Colby: can you close your eyes. i want the place to be a surprise.
Y/n: alright fine.
i close my eyes and Colbys still driving and the music is still playing. about 5 minutes pass and Colby finally says something.
Colby: alright beautiful open your eyes.
Y/n: okay
i open my eyes and i see we're sitting in the parking lot of the BeachWood Café.
Y/n: oh my god Colby i love this place so much.
Colby: i know you would that's why i picked it.
he gets out of the car and goes around the front of it and opens the door for me.
Y/n: how very kind of you sir.
i let out a little giggle.
Colby: anything for you my lady.
he laughs.
we walk inside and a waitress takes us to our seats.

(Jakes POV)

Sam, Corey, and Brennen walk into the apartment.
Brennen: so what are we doing.
Jake: Sam and Corey i need you to go to the party store and get the stuff on this list.
Sam and Corey: Got it
they head to the party store.
Jake: Brennen i need you to help me clean up this apartment.
Brennen: alright let's do this shit.

30 minutes later

Sam and Corey come back with bags of stuff.
Jake: you 2 put all of that on the counter and come help us clean.
Sam: alright bruther.
Corey: were coming calm down

2 hours later

they all finally finish cleaning the entire apartment.
Brennen: holy shit that took forever
Corey: yea i know
Sam: so now what Mr. Party Planner
Jake: ha ha very funny... anyways we have to blow up balloons, make food, set up party games, um there was something else.
Brennen: did you get alcohol?
Jake: shit no. Sam can yo-
Sam: already on it just text me what to get.
Jake: thank you Sam.
Sam: no problem
Sam leaves and they start prepping for the party.

(Y/n and Colbys POV)

we order our drinks and food. we just sat and talked for 15 minutes until our food came out.
Waitress: Chocolate Chip Pancakes with a side of tater tots for the lady.
Y/n: thank you so much.
Waitress: my pleasure and a bacon egg and cheese omelet with a side of scrapple for the gentleman.
Colby: thank you ma'am
Waitress: you're welcome and enjoy.
she walks away so we sit, eat, and have some small talk.
Y/n: this is really fucking good.
Colby: i'm glad you like it beautiful. after this we're heading to one of your favorite places.
Y/n: THE ARCADE?!
Colby: yep
Y/n: oh my god i'm so excited i can't wait.
we finish up our breakfast and head back over to the car.
Colby: you ready to go?
Y/n: yep let's go
we start heading to my favorite arcade. a few minutes into the car ride Colby takes my hand and holds it. i look at him and smile.

At the Arcade

we walk into the arcade and my eyes light up.
Y/n: i love this place so much.
Colby: i know you do. so what do you wanna do first?
Y/n: Ski Ball!
Colby: let's do it.
we get a bunch of quarters and head over to the ski ball machines.
Y/n: let's get a shit ton of tickets.
Colby: fuck yea
after 10 minutes of playing Colby looks over at me.
Colby: i'll be right back i gotta run to the bathroom.
Y/n: alright i'll be wait here.
5 minutes later Colby walks back with a stuffed koala behind his back.
Colby: i won this for you
he pulls it out from behind his back
Y/n: awww Colbaby thank you this is so cute.
i smile and give him a hug.
Colby: your welcome beautiful. now let's get back to playing games.
after 2 hours of playing games and winning tickets we go to cash in. we had enough tickets for the biggest stuffed animal there. it was a giant alpaca.
Colby: alright gorgeous you ready for our next adventure.
Y/n: yep where too?
Colby: we're ordering Chick-fil-a and gonna have a picnic of the beach.
Y/n: i can't wait let's go.
we head over to Chick-fil-a, order our food, drive over to the beach, and set up the picnic.
the smell of the salty air goes through of my nose. i hear the waves crashing all around me. i snap back to reality.
Colby: are you having a good day?
Y/n: of course cause i'm with you.
i look at him and smile.
Colby: wanna go swimming when we're done eating?
Y/n: sure.
we finish eating and go change into our swim suits.
