Prologue

It was a beautiful night, the stars were shining, there was only a small warm breeze blowing and I was with him. My best friend. Niall Horan. We were in our favorite meadow just looking up in the stars, no sounds, nobody to interupt us. My fingers were entwined with his. Although it meant so much more to me than it did to him.

"CeCe." I heard him said quietly. Somethings wrong. He is never that quiet, and I mean never.

"Yes Niall?" I asked. He sat up and so did I.

"I have something to tell you." He said. His eyes sparkled like he was going to cry.

"You can tell me anything Niall." I smiled at him.

"I-I'm leaving, I'm going to London to audition for The X Factor." He said. I faked a smile. I mean of course I wanted him to go, I wanted him to live his dream.

"Thats great Niall! You're going to do great!" I smiled.

"The thing is, I'm going to miss you CeCe." He said. My heart skipped a beat. I wish he new what it meant to me when he said that.

"I'm going to miss you to Nialler,but this is what you have always wanted, I want you to live your dream." I said.

"I don't want to go, but I do at the same time." He said.

"Niall, you have to go! This is a great start for your singing carreer." I said.

"But what if the judges dont like me? What if I mess up, what if-" I cut him off.

"Niall, they will love you! Your just lovable! And you won't mess up, you're an amazing singer so don't think that way!" I said. He smiled his perfect crooked smile that I always melted at.

"Thank you Cecilia." He said pulling me into his famous Horan hug.

"I love you." I whispered into his chest low enough so he wouldn't hear me. Oh how I wish he knew.
