4: Sick

Your Perspective

*Cough Cough*

"(Y/N) I warned you about going out in the rain. But you didn't heed my warning. You poor thing." She says handing me some tea to drink. 

"How are you feeling?"

"Slightly better. Could be worse. Could be dead." I said jokingly. Ganyu, worried too. . . worried a lot about me doesn't laugh and doesn't look too pleased with me. She sat on the bed next to me and rested her head against mine to get a temperature.

"H-Hey, won't you get sick if you're this c-close?"

"No. What matters the most to me is that you are feeling better. You trump my own needs at the moment." She says pulling away from me with a small smile on her face. I couldn't help but feel at ease when Im like this like Ganyu. Ganyu took the whole day off when she realized I was still here feeling like crap. Honestly, I'm really thankful for her being here with me. 

"I'm going to go get you some soup. Will you be alright whilst I'm gone?" She asks me. I tell her I'll be fine. Considering I'm not a fan of sup, I don't want to worry her anymore into getting anything else. She glances back before quickly coming up and giving me a peck on the cheek.

"I'll be right back okay? Just hold out for me." She says as she leaves.

-Timeskip brough by (Y/N) passing out-

"(Y/N), I'm back." Ganyu says taking a seat at the edge of the bed. I shoot upright, startling her. After apologizing profusely for startling each other, I breathe a sigh and Ganyu hands me a bowl of the soup she went out to get. I take a couple of sips kind of expecting the worst and realize that, hey its pretty good. Ganyu smiles as she sees me slowly eating it. I finish up and she puts the bowl away.

"Are you feeling better?" She questions, tilting her head whilst asking. I told her that I was starting to, but that I could use a nap. Ganyu nods in understanding, before climbing into the bed with me and pulling me down into a snuggle. 

"This is to aid you in keeping warm. You do not mind do you?"

"N-No. It's pretty comfortable, to be honest." I say honestly. "But won't you get si-"

"Shh, just focus on resting." She says putting a finger to my lips. I guess either she can get sick or that she just doesn't care. No matter, I've got my cute girlfriend in bed with me, so I might as well do as she says and head to dreamland. 

"If you say so."

"Rest well, (Y/N). May the archons help you feel better tomorrow."

"Yeah. Good night to you too." I say, earning me a light smack on the head. I earned that too be honest, knowing how much faith she puts in them for some reason. Ganyu falls asleep rather quickly, and I begin to follow soon after
