Your Perspective
"Oh, (Y/N). . . You didn't have too."
"But I did! I heard from the others that you liked flowers, so I sought out only the best for you." I said presenting her a bouquet of flowers, with them being from different regions and different types. Ganyu smiled, accepting the gift, before opening up her arms, motioning for a hug. I obliged, pulling her in and gently rubbing her horns too, earning a soft sigh from my lover. I then proceded to start picking her up, before she stopped me.
"(Y/N), my love, as much as I wish for you to carry me in your arms, I must remind you that we're at work and that such displays are for the most part prohibited between those of us in a relationship here." Ganyu says a little sheepishly. I guess kissing her has been breaking the rules. Oh well.
"Well, if kissing you in public is illegal, might as well make me a criminal." I said, pulling her and dotting her neck with kisses, causing her to squirm and almost return the favor. Buuut, Ganyu being the more serious one out of the two of us reluctantly pulled away.
"(Y/N) you know the rules. I promise, however, i will return the favor tenfold when we are done for the day." She says, winking at me. Or I think it was, she's still not great at it. I sighed, seeing how she was getting better at teasing me. Finally, i decided to relent, getting back at her by gently rubbing her on her horns. She cooed, in response, before gently ushering me back out.
"I'll come for you later. Bye (Y/N), I love you." Ganyu says, beaming at me. I responded with an I love you back and headed off to go seek out lady Ningguang to see what tasks i could accomplish. She handed me a few documents she asked for me to transcribe onto newer paper. A few hours passed as I transferred the old to the new, and bit by bit the sun began to move across the sky, until it was eventually nighttime and work technically had ended. I heard someone open the door to the room I was in and saw Ganyu.
"Oh hey, babe. Sorry it's a bit later than i expected, I'm almost done here." I said. She smiled and silently placing something she got for me. It looked to be a slice of cake, seems like Ganyu really does know the ins and outs of my thought process.
"Awww, thanks Ganyu."
"No need to thank me. I just wanted to gift you in return for gifting me." My girlfriend says softly, before sitting gingerly on my lap. Good thing, I just finished up transferring stuff. Seeing Ganyu clinging to me tightly, I couldn't stop myself from smiling at her cuteness.
"Someone missed me didn't they."
"Mhm. I spent most of the day finishing up my duties, eagerly awaiting to be in your arms again." Ganyu says, her voice muffled by the fact she was currently nuzzling into my neck. Squeezing her back softly, I mentioned how it was an odd way to say that she missed me, whilst rubbing her on the back. Ganyu moved away so that she could face me and look me in the eyes.
"Very well. I missed you too, my love." Ganyu said, smiling and cupping me face in her hands. Smiling back, i placed my own hands on hers before she rested her head against mine.
