Nightmare 3

A lot of women wanted to talk to the prince and most of them asked him to let them marry him, of course he rejected them all and then left. "What a waste of time. All of them just want to piss me off." He spoke.

Megumi said nothing, still confused with why he told her not to move. She just looked at him.

"What would you do?" He asked.

"Uh- pardon sir?"

Surprised the prince asked for her opinion on something she didn't know what to say, the prince spoke again and said what he just asked again. "What you deaf or something?" The prince asked.

"No sir. And I wouldn't marry them either." She told him

"Is that so? Why not?" He asked.

"Well. . . It isn't love if your marrying someone for their money or Because you want to be Queen/King."

Without Megumi knowing the Prince glanced his eyes backwards and smirked some. Megumi was right it wasn't true love and that's all the prince wants is someone to love him for him and not because of his money or status in the kingdom.

As they both continued to walk down the halls of the castle the walk was now silent but it wasn't a awkward silent it was more like a comfortable one for the both of them.

Megumi couldn't help but smile as she walked with him. But something was still bugging her, Why hadn't he shouted at her for not paying attention?

That one thought was going through her head over and over again.

However she snapped out of it when her and the prince got to his room again. Since he's a prince he doesn't like to be out and let's his father handle things while he stays in his room.

"Your highness you know you will have to be out of your room most of the time when your king right?" Megumi spoke while helping opening the door for him.

"I'll worry about that when I am king right now my no good father can deal with it, at the least the good for nothing man can do at least one thing right. I suppose." He answered and walked in.

Megumi followed in after him and gave a small sigh, she closed the door and waited by the door for her orders.

But only then she realized something.

My body. . . Why does it feel heavy?

She thought about it for a while but nothing she could think of would make her body feel heavy.

Might be that I'm started a heavy period. Or going to start. I'll check on my break in a bit.

"Your going pale are you ok?" Prince Touya asked.

"Yes sir I'm alright." Megumi told him.

Touya looked at her with a raised eyebrow, not believing what she said but not getting into it more.

"Very well. I'm going to stay in here now. You can go and have your break or whatever." Prince Touya said.

Megumi stood up properly and bowed, "I'll be back your highness." And with that she left the room.

This is my chance!

She went out of the castle and went into town. A guard of the royal family going to a back ally doctor. Just great. But then again I need to make sure no one knows just in case something is wrong.

Once she made it there she walked in and looked at the doctor. "Hello." She said.

"Hi can I help you with something?" He asked.

"Um yes actually. You see, my body feels heavy and I don't know why. . . It's probably nothing but I want to make sure."

"Best to be sure then not. Sit down over her." The doctor told her gesturing to the bed.

Megumi walked over hesitantly but sat down and looked at the doctor.

"Ok so you said your body feels heavy?" Put his stephoscope (is that how you spell it?) On and checked her heart beat.

"Yes."

"Ok..." Moved it around "when was the last time you had sexual intercourse?" The doctor asked.

"Oh- uh- the night of the festival. . ." Megumi answered him small blush on her face remember what happened.

"I see." The doctor said.

Megumi looked at him really confused with what is going on. "Well it looks like your pregnant. Now you must be careful when lifting things, no heavy things. And be careful not to get scared or stressed. Because that will effect the child." The doctor started to explain each thing to Megumi.

But Megumi was stuck in a daze she couldn't believe what happened.

M-My first time and I got pregnant from one night with a guy. And to make matters worse is that it's the princes child. . . This could not get any worse!!

Once the doctor finished explaining everything Megumi said her goodbyes and thank yous then walked out and into the town. Her mind wandering all over the place thanks to what she just found out.

I guess I should think of names. . . There is no way I am going to aboundon my child. But how the hell am I going to get the fact I'm pregnant past Prince Touya. If he finds out and with the way he's acting now he'll ask who's it is. . . There's no way I can lie to him. . .

As the thoughts was going through her head, she made her way back to the castle but when she got there. They told her the prince had fell asleep and she could go home. Which made her happy since she was tired. When she got home she laid down, and tried to sleep but couldn't sleep at all.

I'm pregnant with the princes child. . .
