"Sorry about my family they can be a bit too much"

I chuckle shaking my head "no its fine i actually kinda dream of it..." he raise his eyebrow at me a silent sign for me to explain what i mean.

I nod with a proud grin while i squeeze his hand gently. Kung totoong may butterflies sa stomach baka sumabog na ko "pangarap ko talaga makita interaction ng pamilya nyo in real life kasi im curious just imagine you guys are the epitome of perfect family from what media shows us pero behind that? normal family lang pala kayo that loves each other in your own ways..alam mo yun? tao lang din pala kayo and the way you interact with each other shows volumes of how much human you are" mahaba kong sagot ignoring the tingling feeling in my stomach that he gaves me just because he is here with me.

He laugh at my really creative way of explaining "why did you really think we're some kind of aliens?" He asked amused.

I shrug with a smile "partly but mostly many see you guys as godlike figure almost" sagot ko.

And that makes him chuckle and shake his head "thats over exaggeration.." he lift our intertwined hand and kiss the back of mine softly. More butterflies and face heating up.

He laugh "yeah? Whatever floats your boat baby"

I was caught off guard by the endearment. He called me that indirectly earlier but him saying it directly to me makes me feel mushy and gushy.

I avoid his gaze feeling shy all of the sudden. I can feel his eyes on me but i just cant look at him directly after him calling me baby okay? ill melt on the spot.

Silence took over us but not the awkward one. Its just me being shy and him being his calm and collected self.

"As much as i want to keep you to myself little lion your papa will have my head...he's at the gate looking at us" he suddenly said breaking the silence and ofcourse shocking me.

I lift my head turning to his side where i can see our gate at tama nga siya. Looking over us is my papa.

His arms cross over his chest and there was a teasing smile on his lips that i can clearly see.

I fumble as i take of the seatbelt and climb out out of the car in haste. Papa will never let me live this down.

"Uhm takes for the ride bye!" I said in a hurry as i see papa already moving to make his way to the car. I gave him an apologetic look "call me when you get home" medyo alanganing paalala ko pa bago tuluyang hilahin si papa pabalik sa gate while waving goodbye at my boyfriend who only wave back with a calm smile and loving gaze na lalong nagpabilis ng tibok ng puso ko. He's gonna be the death of me.
