Okay so guys, umm... when i started writing this story, i didnt know what will happen since the anime hasnt reach the current arc yet and i dont read mangas so the plot after this will be twisted a bit.
In my story, the strawhats arent separated and they saw Sabo left them and was seeing him off with his group. So basically the story will continue after the timeskip and i changed the plot a bit. So, enjoy!!

:Timeskip! After 2 years by- OMG ACE HAD DIED AFTER THIS!!!!😱:
The Strawhats, Trafalgar Law, Kyros and Sabo (who turned out to be alive and well) are currently resting at a small cottage at Dressrosa, courtesy of Kyros. The fighters had just ended the dreadful day of Dressrosa by defeating Donquixote Doflamingo and his Family.
Sabo, who just arrived to see the well-being of his little brother, is now telling his story after what happened 12 years ago to the remaining Strawhats who weren't sleeping, mainly Zoro, Sanji, Robin, Franky, Brook and the two samurais, Kin'emon and Kunjuro. The others were sound asleep due to the exhausting day they've encountered. Even the Surgeon Of Death let out a soft snore.
"After that day, i swore to protect Luffy at all cost. He's the only brother i have left." Sabo said while looking at his brother with soft eyes. Franky and Brook were busy balling their eyes out while the other three crew members stay composed. The noise had woken up all the Strawhats who had been asleep. Law, Kyros, Momonosuke and Luffy were still sound asleep.
"Shut the hell up! People are trying to sleep!" Nami whisper-shouts at her two crewmates. The sounds of Nami beating the hell up of the two goes unnoticed by Sabo as he just stares at his sleeping brother with a soft smile.
After a few minutes of gazing at his brother, something flickered in Sabo's eyes. A feeling of longing spread through his body as he turn his attention from Luffy to the stars outside the small house.
"I wonder what she's doing.." He spoke softly. The Strawhats went silent after hearing him spoke. Looks of confusion is obvious in every crew member.
"Who are you talking about, Sabo?" Robin ask. Sabo slowly turn his head to look at her. A sad smile form on his lips as he recall the (h/c) haired girl who had captured the hearts of the three brothers.
"Her name's (Y-"
"(Y/n)..." Sabo's words were cut off as Luffy talks in his sleep. The name of the (h/c) haired girl played on his lips. In a moment, Sabo was shock but quickly smiles.
"(Y/n)?" Usoop ask, curious as to who was the girl his captain is talking about in his sleep. Sabo smiles warmly as memories of the sweet little girl played in his mind.
"She's our sister." He replied in a soft voice. To say that the crew was shocked was an understatement.
"Sister? How many freaking siblings does our rubber captain have?! First Ace, then you, and now a sister named (y/n)." Sanji said, seemingly shocked by the news. Sabo chuckles.
"There's no other. It's just the four of us. Three brothers and one little sister."
"Luffy has a lot of explaining to do about his family tree." Zoro grumble as he takes a sip from his sake.
"I doubt he knew much though. Im curious about (y/n)'s whereabouts. I didnt see any wanted poster that resembles her. And to think that she didnt become a pirate is unbelievable considering she's the strongest among us siblings when we were younger." Sabo says which recieved wide eyes from the crew.
"Wait, she's the strongest?!" Chopper gasps. Sabo nods.
"She was. She's a devil fruit eater just like Luffy."
"Really?! What kind of fruit did she ate?" Brook ask. Sabo gives a sad smile.
"That's the thing. She didnt eat any." Looks of confusion invaded the Strawhats.
"What do you mean?" Franky ask.
"I mean, she's not like any other devil fruit users, but (y/n) was never like any other people too." Sabo explained which did nothing to answer their question.
"And what does that mean?" Usoop ask, raising an eyebrow.
"(Y/n)... is just like Doflamingo is some ways."
"Like Doflamingo?" Sanji ask. Sabo hummed.
"She's a Calestial Dragon." Sabo answered. The look on the Strawhats's faces were priceless. The new info just hit them like a ton of bricks.
"S-so let me get this straight. Our captain is the son of Dragon the revoutionary and grandson to the marine hero, Garp. His eldest brother is the Pirate King's son. His other brother is the Chief of Staffs in the Revolutionary and now your saying that his little sister is a Calestial Dragon?! What the hell is wrong with your family?!" Nami yelled while pulling her hair. It was alot to take in for the crew.
"Hehehe, even i dont know." Sabo answered. The crew sighs exasperately.
"I think that's enough info for today. Anything else and my brains would explode, if i have a brain of course! Yohohoho~ Skull joke!" Brook says and soon all Strawhats make themselves comfortable on their makeshift bed.
"You're staying?" Zoro ask the blonde revolutionary.
"Only after you guys are departing. The marines are surrounding the place. I just wanted to make sure that nothing happens to Luffy. I've already sent my men to a neighbouring island so i can meet them there without cassualities, but i think my partner, Koala, is here in this island somewhere. She wont leave me alone here." Sabo replied and chuckles at his own words.
"Good. Luffy wont stop sulking if you left without saying goodbye." Zoro smirk and closes his one eye to get his much needed rest.
"I know." Sabo mumbles and look at his brother's sleeping face. He smiles and looks outside the window.
"I wish i can see you again (y/n). I miss you. Goodnight." With that, the blonde revolutionary closes his eyes and falls into a deep slumber.

Grown Luffy : why is it so quite? Where's Ace?
You: Ace is dead you idiot. There is no grown Ace..
Grown Sabo and Luffy: ACEEE!!!!
Grown Ace: oii.. im only dead in the story and anime, im still alive in this idiot's head..
Me: oii! Who are you calling an idiot?!
Grown Sabo and Luffy: Ace!!!
Grown Ace: you are! You never enter the afterstory chats!
Me: That's because im busy!
You: *sweatdrop* hehehe, anyway, it's nice to have you here Qis...
Child Ace: they are so noisy..
Child Sabo and Luffy: *nods*
Me: WTH ARE YOU DOING HERE?! YOUR ROLE IS OVER!
Child Ace: we just wanna see the chats.. anyway, after this our grownup selves will be labelled 'Ace', 'Sabo', and 'Luffy'. We wont be entering the chats after this...maybe
