"You know... you've been coming here for the past three days, which makes me question why? Not that I don't enjoy your company and all but it's just mostly my curiosity." Naruto questioned as he leaned forward on the counter, looking over at Neji who was currently on his phone.

"To be fair you never told me to stop and I do help you for the most part." He replied, turning off his phone, placing it face down on the table. "Admit it, you enjoy my company." They were teetering on the edge of friendly acquaintances (who previously knew each other) to friends.

"Hmm yeah you're right, while you're here I guess I could use you as a test subject." So far everything had been flowing nicely between the two of them, they never talked about their personal life to one another, occasionally texting every few days as a check-in. On the rare times they were together they would usually be silent, whenever they did talk it seemed to be mostly work-related, they never set any boundaries but it was as if they were being cautious on crossing a line.

"Test subject?" He repeated in confusion. "Whatever you're going to have me test, it isn't going to be spicy right?" Neji asked in a slightly cautious voice, he was never very fond of spicy foods, he couldn't handle it.

"And risk you passing out? No thanks." He pulled out a cup and a few ingredients that he would need, sometimes the two would fall into a playful manner before going back into a comfortable silence again. "After much thinking, I decided on a theme. And that theme is-" He tapped his fingers on the counter, tapping to the "drum role" rhythm. "dumdadadaa... Ninjas!"

"Ninjas? I wouldn't put that idea past you but the concept of having a ninja-themed cafe just seems a bit... boring."

"Yes, which is why I decided on Ninjas with a twist. Most shops have something for loyal customers and I decided to do the same when someone shows loyalty they get a free drink, I plan on having different stages for these rewards so I'm still working it out."

"And how would you be able to tell if someone was a loyal customer?"

"Keeping track- by starting a loyalty program, they join, become a loyal customer after a while and in turn, they'll get a free drink along with food, discounts, if I ever got to the point where I have merchandise I guess I'll offer that to." He opened up the blender, grabbing the Butterfly pea flower tea powder. "This one is based off of the water element, possibly going to be called water style, there would be two variations which would be tea and the other one is going to be a Frappuccino... I might even add one that's a smoothie."

"That doesn't sound like a bad idea, are you going to have me try both drinks are just one?"

"Good question, I think that I'll have you try one for now." He placed some ice into the blender before pouring in some milk, along with Butterfly pea flower tea powder, a little bit of sugar, and Xanthan gum to thicken it. He placed the cover on the blender, turning it on, grabbing the blueberry syrup, and putting it around the inside of the clear cup.

"That looks pretty." Neji commented once the drink was done, Naruto seemed to be going for the water look, and from what he could see he definitely achieved it. The outside of the cup was a dark blue while the main part of the drink was a lighter shade of blue.

"Thank you." He placed a straw into the drink. "Give me your honest opinion." Naruto opened up his notebook that he specifically used for recipes. His hands rested on the counter, eagerly waiting to see the other's reaction. "Soooo.... how does it taste?" He asked once he saw the Hyuga take a sip of the drink.
