I've always loved you...

As I started to wake up, I realized that I was in a hospital bed. A doctor came in with a clipboard, telling me something that mostly heard.

"Well, it seems that you have a really bad loss of blood, but you will be fine after we bandage you up."

I nodded and he left with a nurse coming in with food.

"Here ya go, darlin'. Also, you got a visitor."

She left without telling me who is visiting. Then I saw who came in the door.

"Sh-Shadow? What are you doing here and how are you human?!"

He sat down on a chair and explained everything to me. That his parents were wolves and humans, that he kept it a secret and such.

"So you didn't tell. After I told you?!"
I was furious that he kept as a secret. From me!

He then now said something.

"Did she hurt you badly?"

I was exclaimed of what he was saying.

"Your the person who took me from the school? But how-"

He stopped me by saying," I was going home and saw you get hit and then being pulled by a girl, so I followed and found you in your school's girls restroom. I knew I wasn't supposed to go in the there, but I couldn't."

He told me that he came and took care of Lina. Then he took me to the hospital and left since I had to get surgery.

"I'm so sorry that this happened to you", he said with sad voice.

"I'll make it up to you by this."

He then came and sat down on my bed. He was then maybe 2" from my lips and then kissed me.

"?!", I exclaimed. I then kissed back. It felt like we were doing this forever.

He pulled away from by saying these words.

"I've always loved you. As I got to know you better, you were like my guidance in the starlit sky. Dawn, I love you, know matter what and I will always protect you."

I was touched he felt the same way, because I felt the same and started to tear up.

"Oh Shadow, I feel the same way."

He then left, with a bye, and went home.

The doctor came in with a cast, bandages, and more bandages.

I knew that when I get out, I will Shadow again. But to the looks of it, I knew that he was outside, watching me, getting bandaged and released.
