New Student?

~Clay's Pov~ 3rd / 1st person

It was just another normal Tuesday morning for Clay, the only difference is he had practice today for his football game this weekend. Checking his phone for the time, it was 7:03. He whined quietly, not wanting to get out of bed.

The light shined in his eyes through his curtains forcing him to get up.  He groaned as he rolled out of bed. Deciding to get ready for the day.

He wobbled over to his closet to pick out an outfit.

He ended up picking out a simple green hoodie, a white t-shirt, and some black ripped jeans.

As he quickly changed and tossed his pajamas into his hamper and then he got a text from his friend Nick who was also on the team.

Sap-

Hey

Good morning :)

what are you doing?????

Bitch, when will you be at school?

Hello?

Clay chuckled looking away from his phone and out his window to see birds perched on a tree observing the ground below them. Then he quickly typed a response saying

Me-

Good Morning Snapmap, idk, 15 minutes why? 

Sap-

Nothing, just wondering

Anyways

Cya at school

Me-

Cya later

Clay looked up from his phone and made his way over to the bathroom. He quickly brushed his teeth before making his way down the stairs smelling coffee being brewed. He saw his mother in the kitchen who was making coffee.  He saw his sister sitting on the couch looking at her phone. He walked off the last stair and felt Patches rub against his leg and heard a faint purring noise.

He looked at his sister and then looked at the time, realizing that they needed to go.

"Hey Drista, are you ready to go?" Clay questioned looking at her.

She looked up from her phone and responded

"Yeah, let's go."

She quickly grabbed her bag and ran out of the door. Clay grabbed his keys and ran out behind her, quickly saying bye to his mom and leaving. He didn't have to worry about Ranboo since he walked to school with Tubbo. 

He hopped in the car and started it.

"Why do you look so happy?" Drista questioned looking over to Clay.

"I don't know, I mean I have practice today so I'm excited for that."

Clay turns on the radio and starts humming along to songs he knows while quietly listening to ones he doesn't.

He drops Drista off at school and makes his way over to his highschool. He sees Nick and goes to sit next to him at the tables outside.

"Hey man, thought you'd be here sooner."

Clay sets his bag down next to him and glances at Nick smiling and laughing lightly

"Well, I said 15 minutes, and look at that, it's been 12 since we texted."

Clay said looking at his phone with the time saying  7:16. Nick rolls his eyes as other students named Techno and Wilbur come and sit next to them.
