"Peter stay with me!" Wanda cupped her little brother's face in her hands "Drive faster Pietro!" "I can't! I'll get a ticket!" "I DONT CARE ABOUT BLOODY TICKETS! MY BROTHER IS DYING!" "Hey i'm right here!" Peter coughed. "Sorry baby" "I'm not a baby!" peter whinned "Well you can be sometimes kid!" "Just get this fucking fixed!" "Hey watch your mouth!" Wanda scolded "How can I watch my mouth?" Peter sarcastically shot back "Just don't swear or anything." Wanda nagged "Ok mom." Peter joked. But truth be said, Wanda had become like a motherly figure for Peter. I guess it just happened with time.

"Here we are!" Pietro announced, lifting Peter in a bridal style way. Peter's head hung and vision was blurry "Thanks dad..." he muttered but Pietro took no notice to it. "HANK GET YOUR BLUE, FURRY ASS DOWN HERE!" Pietro shrieked. "What- MY FUCKING GOD!" Hank choked on his water "Right put him down here!" "OW WATCH IT!" Peter slapped Pietro's hand away. 

"Ok what happened!?" Hank asked, panicked "We don't know, he showed up like this! Oh god, dad left me in charge and look what's happened!" "Pietro calm down!" Wanda placed hands on the eldest's shoulders "How can I when I messed up this bad! What-" "SHUT UP!" Wanda shouted and dragged the elder outside. 

"Pietro, you didn't let anyone down! We helped Peter and are going to continue to fight until we get this fixed. You never doubt yourself, why now?" "I don't know! I've always looked out for you but you've been so independent all your life, I guess I didn't worry so much but then Peter came and-" "And everything felt different?" "Yeah...but good different." Wanda smiled, sympathetically "Oh Pietro, it's called being a big brother! You're worried for Pete and I get that, but we gotta be strong for him ok. We don't know whats going on so the least we can do is go back and be there for him." "You're right, thanks Wanda." Pietro pulled Wanda in for a hug that lasted about 5 seconds before walking back in.

Meanwhile, Peter and Hank heard everything. And for a hot minute, Peter's world stopped turning and his pain disappeared "You got lucky, kid. Real lucky." Hank laughed and Peter chuckled "Yeah, I guess I did..."

"What?" Pietro looked down at Peter who was smiling like he'd just won the lottery "Nothing." He winced as he said it and suddenly, the tranquility was broken and panic set in. 

"Right, Wanda, Pietro help me get his shirt off." Hank said, grabbing his equipment "Sorry kiddo, this is gonna sting." Hank stuck a needle in a gash on Peter's side. The youngest cried out, back arching off the table. It was a horrifying sound to hear "Hey, it's ok, you're alright!" Pietro grabbed Peter's hand in his own. 

"Ok I got the sample, I'm gonna scan it so it could take a day or so. I'll give him some pain killers that are specialized in treating people with super fast systems like Peter's and hope they can help him. If not, he'll have to go through the raw pain of it until I can figure out what's wrong. If I were you, I'd try to get a hold of Eric or Charles at least." Hank suggested as he handed Wanda the pill bottle "Thank you Hank, this means the world!"

2 Days later...

"How are you feeling Pete?" Wanda sat down next to the youngest speedster "I've been better but the meds seem to be helping. Other than having to take them every hour or so because my body keeps burning through them so fast." "Hm weird...Hank said they were specially designed to not burn so fast." "I dunno, maybe they are working like normal ones and he got 'em mixed up for somethin'" Peter slurred slightly as the medicine made him drowsy "Maybe, i'll be back soon. I'm going to get the results from Hank." 

"Hank!" Wanda called out "Han-" "Oh hey Wanda, there you are!" Hank looked nervous "You ok Hank?" "Yeah, I-uhm can we talk, about Peter." Wanda's heart picked up "Is everything ok?" "Well kind of.." Wanda's eyes widened "His results show DNA from a being that isn't humanly possible." Hank began when Wanda interrupted "Well were not technically humanly possible yet here we are! Sorry, that sounded rude..." "Don't worry, I understand. But what I mean is, this...creature has two different sets of DNA, like it's two beings in one body. I ran some more tests and it shows signs of inter dimensional travel. Wanda, I don't think whatever we're dealing with is from our universe..."
