The Letter

The day went on and your parents came home from work. You greeted both of them and you saw that they both were over excited for something.

"So ___, me and your father have been thinking that this weekend we should take a family trip to the beach. What do think about that?"

"Look mom that seems really fun and all but I've been feeling really sick lately so.."

"Look just because you're sick doesn't mean that I'm gonna let you stay here and not go with us."

"Mom when's the last time you and Dad ever took some time off together? Never. Plus we've been hanging out like family most of this time and you and dad should really have some alone time as well to just relax. So why don't you guys just go? I'll have Nancy over for this weekend so I won't be alone.."

She looked very hesitant and then looked down.

"___, do you realize how worried I get when leaving you alone?.."

Damn her. She always had to bring this incident up. That was all in the past but up until recently..you've fallen back to those ways. So of course you had to lie.

"Mom...look that's all in the past now. Yes I realize what I did was incredibly stupid over something that's not even important to me anymore. But what's important now is that I'm still here with you and that's all behind us now. Mom, I can't imagine not being in world without you or dad."

Curling up the sides of her mouth she smiled widely and cried a bit. She proceeded to hug you then told you that you can stay if only Nancy could sleepover.

A while after your dad came into the living room and you told him about the trip and he seemed more than excited to go.

"So who's idea was it?," he said eyeing you.

"Dad come on you know it was me. Plus you guys should really spend time together so please go and have fun, but not to much."

He laughed and then your phone vibrated.

"Who's that?," your mom said.

"It's Nancy!," you screamed as you ran to your room answering the phone.

"Hey ___! So I was thinking if I could come over?"

"Even better would you wanna spend the weekend with me?"

"Omg yes! Sounds fun. Alright I'll just need to pack a few things and I'll be over in a while."

Both of you said your goodbyes and in the other room your mom and dad had been packing and would be leaving later tonight.

~ Few hours later ~

Your parents finally left and Nancy was 'on her way.' You felt bad but you told her your family were having visitors over all last minute for the weekend. Walking back to your room you find Chris sitting down on your bed while you froze.

'Alright you can do this. Just ask him, that's it.'

"Is something wrong?"

Chris got up and slowly walked over stopping in front of you. Hands embraced you as your gaze seemed more concentrated on the floor.

"Tell me what's wrong?....___...look I care f-"

"Chris do you love me?"

"___, of course I do," he leaned in for a kiss but you pushed him away.

"Tell me the truth. You really don't care for me do you? Are you just using me? ..Chris.."

Those eyes of his seemed to turn almost all black while he smirked and eventually let out a laugh.

"___ you're so funny, of course I love and care for you..I wouldn't be here with you every night if I didn't.."

You wanted to believe him, but you knew he was lying.

There's something I need to tell you Chris.

"I don't..want to see you..again.."

His smile then turned to an unpleasant one as you stood before him in fear.

Guess who finally freaking decided to update this damn chapter? XD Yes I know you guys have been waiting for the longest time for an update BUT (#excuses) I've been busy with school, so that comes first. Along with video games, anime and just being lazy. I highly apologize. Anyways hope you guys are enjoying my story and I swear I will try to update more often. Please don't hate me. The other day I also just finished watching the last episode for the second season of Tokyo Ghoul and holy shit my feels man. ;-; dem feeeells like I was screaming at my tv.
