In the last official chapter of Falling Apart, we find out what happened to some of the characters.

Shawn died in hospital 3 weeks after Riley did. He started to get better, but suddenly took a turn for the worse.

Cory completely vanished after Shawn's funeral. It's unclear whether he's still alive or not, but no one's heard a word from him in 6 years.

Topanga was left on her own to care for her son and daughter. She's done a good job with them, and they turned out to be as sweet and as kind as their older sister.

To this day, Auggie still doesn't completely understand what happened to his sister. He was too young when it happened, and so he can't remember all the details. All he knew was that the sister he had loved was dead.

Annie doesn't even know who Riley Matthews is. All she knows is that there's a stranger who looks similar to her in some photo frames around the house. She'd only brought it up once, and that had clearly upset her mother, so she hadn't mentioned the name again.

Morgan had a baby, a little girl, about two years after Annie was born. She named the child Sunny Isobel, with her fiancées last name (Fredricks) at the end. "Sunny" was of course a tribute to Riley, and the nickname she'd so lovingly given her baby sister.

Eventually it got too hard to keep up with a bouncy dog and a child who needed her attention 24/7, so Morgan gave Tinkerbell to Josh. He still has her to this day. She's getting old now (she'll be turning 12 later this year) but he still loves her more than he can possibly describe.

As for Maya and Lucas, they're still together. There's been some problems, but they always work themselves out in the end.

And, no matter how much Maya's world seemed like it was falling apart, it all stitched itself back together again.

Just as it should.

Okay, this chapter is heavily unedited. Don't hate me, I'll come back to fix any mistakes later.

So. It's over. *Starts sobbing*

I didn't find myself getting attached to this story, as I did with TOTW. Although I think I liked this one better, because it had more of a plot. But idk. It won't ever live up to its predecessor, in my opinion.

I'd love to see you guys in Happy Holidays, because I love you all so much, but in the mean time, I have some questions for you:

1. Did you like Taking On The World and Falling Apart?
2. Which was your favourite?
3. Did you find yourself getting attached to them like I did?

Xoxo, stay fabulous! (PS- I love you)
