Secret Love

Astrid POV

It been a month since Hiccup, well left Berk. And Stoick have been looking for Hiccup like crazy. But the only thing everybody knows right now, is that Hiccup was taken by a night fury. I don't know how they found out about the Toothless. But they think that hiccup was taken forcefully, but I am the only one that knows the truth about what happened.

Today Trader Johan just arrived at Berk. Hiccup told me that he sent something to me through Johan. So right now I am on my way to the docks, I just wish that Hiccup would just visit me today, I really miss him. "Ah Berk, the crown jewel of the whole argapelago" said Johan just as he arrived on the docks. Just as made my way to Johan's boat, Johan spotted me and smile. " Ah Miss Astrid, just the person I was looking" said Johan. "Hello Johan, nice to see you too, so is there a package here for me today." I said to him. I really miss Hiccup. Even though we are together right now, and he kissed me before he left with Toothless to thor knows were. I just hope he's alright and well.
" Well you see, I was passing near a island not far from here, when a black Dragon landed a my boat, with a Dragon looking young man on is back, I was about to ask him what did he wanted but he cut me off and said," Hello Johan, my name is 'Night Hawk', don't worry I wouldn't hurt you, but I need to ask a favor from you. Can you please deliver this gift to a beautiful girl name 'Astrid Hoffersen'. She live in the island of Berk." I couldn't help but to blush at this.
Hiccup can be a sweet heart sometimes, that's one of the things I love about his. " And he told me to give you this miss Hoffersen, and by the looks of it I can tell that he made it himself, a very talented young men, if I do say so myself." Johann said as he gave the small beautiful carved box to me and and left to talk to Stoick.
I decided to go to the cove, were Hiccup said he befriended Toothless, his night fury.
Ever since Hiccup left I go to the cove all the time to clear my head or to get some quiet time. Once I arrived to the cove a sat on the big bolder next to the pond.
Once I am on top of the bolder I opened the small box that I got from Hiccup. There was a folded piece of paper and a small bag. I unfolded the piece of paper with a note from Hiccup. * Dear Astrid, I know that it's been a month since I ran away from Berk, things have been looking better for me now. Their a lots dragons where I live now. But I got to say I really miss you, a lot, but I will visit you sooner than you think. Love Hiccup.

I would be lieing if I said that I wasn't crying when I finish reading the letter Hiccup wrote to me. I put that letter back in the small box and took out the small bag. I put the box aside and slowly opened the little bag. That when I totally lost it, I couldn't stop crying. Inside the bag what the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. And carved in the band a the ring was,( l Love You - Hiccup.H.Haddock
