Y/n's POV

Todoroki...

Maybe we aren't so different after all...

"I don't care if you can't tell me how you're connected to All Might. No matter what you are to All Might, I will rise above you by just using my right side. Sorry for wasting your time." Todoroki told Midoriya as they started walking away.

Bakugo and I stood in silence, not knowing what to make of the conversation we had just heard.

"Alright, extra chick. You said you needed to talk to me. Well, talk." Bakugo finally broke the tension.

"Wh-what? How can you act like nothing happened after... after hearing Todoroki-"

"I don't give two shits what Half-and-half said." He cut me off hotly.

"Well, why were you eavesdropping on them in the first place?" I questioned.

"That's none of your business extra chick! Just tell me why you were looking for me!" Bakugo snapped.

"Fine." I glared at the wall beside his head. "I wanted to apologize."

"Eh?! Why are you apologizing?!"

I exhaled slowly.

"I told you that I could stop Midoriya and help you win..." I began. "I obviously didn't live up to that promise."

"Look, I know how much victories mean to you, and I know how much you wanted, and still want, to beat Midoriya. Just... I feel guilty, and I'm sorry for holding you back." I bit my lip as I looked down at my feet.

"Extra chick," Bakugo stopped me. "I don't accept your shitty apology."

"Wha-what?" I stared, bewildered.

"You fucking heard me." He crossed his arms and leaned back, with his right knee slightly bent and his foot resting on the wall behind him.

"I don't give a fuck that you're sorry. Now that I'm in the final round, I'll just have to get my revenge by blasting that damn nerd to smitherens." Bakugo smirked.

"Oh, and extra chick," His cheeks lifted higher as his mouth morphed into a maniacal grin. "It's way more satisfying wiping the floor with you than accepting some lame apology."

And with that, Bakugo pushed off the wall and walked away, shoving his hands into his pockets as he went.

Oh, it's so on.

A tiny smile crawled onto my face.

Watch out Bakugo, because I'm gonna kick your ass.

I walked down the hallways of UA, making my way to the cafeteria, when I quickly spied a figure that made me halt in my tracks.

Crimson flames fluttered and danced on his shoulders and around his face, a clear sign of his powerful quirk.

His build and height definitely didn't ease his intimidating aura.

He strolled down the halls as if he owned the place, his large strides determined and full of purpose.

As for who he was? There's only one possibility.

Todoroki Enji. The flame hero, Endeavor.

My nose scrunched up in distaste as I watched the man turn a corner and continue down a corridor, his footsteps growing gradually quieter as he did so.

"Gross." I whispered to myself.

Okay, I have literally no time to think about Endeavor. Right now, my only focus has to be on the last round of the Sports Festival.
