No Boyfriend Yet

"What's that?"

Lam pointed on the box in the table. He took the seat beside Park and fanned himself with a thin book. 

"Chocolate."

"Why you bought a box of chocolate here? Its for freshmen or us, the hazers?" Asked Park.

"No. Its Beam. He liked this kind of chocolate so much," Forth replied with sparkle in his eyes.

"Uh? Beam? Thats for Beam? Only?"

"Hm."

Park and Lam starred each other. Park raised his eyebrows and Lam shrugged his shoulder. They are looking at Forth whose now humming a song and stroked the box of Beam's chocolate with softly gaze.

"Good morning." Speaked the devil, Beam walked toward the table of engineering.

He is handsome, everybody knows, but this morning, he is beyond handsome, with the slim fit white uniform, black pant, green tie, and black shoes. His bang cutely falling to forehead, pingkish cheek and lip and the vanilla scent filling the air around him.

Forth turned his body and smiled widely. "Beammie!"

"Hai Lam, hai Park," Beam nodded and smile to Lam and Park, then looked at to Forth without care to Lam and Park answer his word. "Hai, wolfie."

Forth chuckled and pulled Beam's waist to him. He leaned on to Beam and whispered something in his ear. Beam giggled and hit Forth playfully.

"Eer ..., Guys," Lam mumbled. "Did we missed something here?"

Beam looked at Lam and smiled. "What are you talking about, Lam?"

"You two," Park pointed at Forth and Beam. "Lovey dovey in the morning? Are you boyfriend?"

Forth and Beam shared a smile and shook their head in harmony, "Not yet."

Forth pushed the box of chocolate to Beam. "Here, Beammie. For you."

"Owh, what is it?"

"You said, you like chocolate with cinammon scent. My brother found this chocolate when he was in Belgium for work last week. I had ordered entire family who work abroad to find this kind of chocolate and now we can always buy this from the store in Belgium."

Beam gaping wide to hear the explanation. His eyes lingering tear now. Forth shocked and cupped Beam's face with his two hands.

"Be-Beammie? Whats wrong? Why are you cry? Its something I do wrong?"

Beam took Forth's left hand and kissed the palm. He shook his head and smiled softly.

"No. No. Its you, wolfie. Its you. I appreciated this chocolate you gave, but, everything I said before was  about you. You are my cinnamon scent chocolate."

"Oh, Beam?"

Forth looked surprised to hear Beam's words but then he smiled softly and pulled Beam towards him, then landed a kiss on Beam's forehead with a blushing face. Beam laughs at the sight, while Lam and Park are completely confused. Forth blushing? What is this?

Beam picked up the chocolate box and stood up. He stroked Forth's hair softly. "Where's lunch?"

"Just here," answered Forth quickly. "We have delicious padthai here. You don't mind, do you?"

Beam nodded and smiled. "I'll go to the tent first. Phana and Kit are probably already there."

"Bye, wolfie, Lam, and Park." Beam walks away.

Forth sighed and smiled at Lam and Park. "He's so cute, right?"

"Forth," asked Lam quietly. "What is this about? What happened between you and Beam?"

"We're trying to explore each other's feelings," replied Forth lightly. "Last year we were both stupid, so now we are more careful not to make the same mistakes."

"But it's clear that you love each other. The way you guys behaved towards each other earlier, ouh, made my eyes tarnished. Why don't you just date?" Park said irritably. "You said one year? Then, are you guys trying to waste another year?"

"Then you and Lam? What are you playing? You guys also continue to be in the friendzone all this time, there is no progress in status, but getting cuter with each other every day," said Forth.

"What?" asked Lam in shock. "What are you saying?"

"Come on, Lam, everyone knows you can't live without each other. Why don't you start talking about your heart instead of just being possessive of each other. At least, if you're dating, you can make love to each other without hesitation."

Lam's face blushed while Park looked embarrassed.

Forth laughed and stood up. "Let's move. Freshmen have started gathering in the field. I saw Phi Aim enter the hazer tent earlier, don't let him mess around and think we're lazing around. You can talk later over a romantic dinner."

"Err, Lam, come on," Park asked shyly.

Lam looked at Park with wide eyes. He held Park's hand. "Park?"

"Yes, Lam?"

"Do you love me?"

Park swallowed hard with a flushed face. "Since the first time I saw you sitting next to Forth in Sotus' time court."

"Why don't you ever say anything?"

"I'm afraid. You are very cold and closed. Being around you every day makes me happy and I don't want to lose any chance at the slightest to be with you. You once told Forth that you don't need another human. Forth is also not a human for you. He's a beast, so it's okay to be around you. Me? I was afraid you would throw me out if you knew my true feelings, so I decided to just be a clown so I could stay close to you. "

"You know something, Park?" asked Lam in a cold tone.

"What?" Cold sweat soaked Park's forehead. He cursed Forth in his heart and promised to challenge Forth to a fight if he lost Lam after this. He has been desperately saving his feelings all this time and if because of Forth Lam hating him, Park doesn't care that he will die when he fights with Forth later. Forth is very strong and masters several types of martial arts, but Park can too.

"You are the dumbest person I have ever known," said Lam, taking a deep breath.

Lam reached out and wiped Park's wet forehead. Then, he kissed Park's forehead gently. "But, you are the fool I love."

Park was stunned. He touched his forehead right where Lam kissed him. His smile widened and he chased after Lam who had walked away. Park took Lam's hand and held it tightly. "So, boyfriend?"

Lam shook his head. "Not yet. Give me a memorable date first."
