Princess Sofia and Prince Hugo: A Royal Young Love Story (Hugfia)

A Young Crush

~The next day~

I woke up the next day and took a stretch and my animal friends were up and waiting for me to wake up. I screamed a little.

Princess Sofia: "Oh my goodness, you guys were waiting for me the whole time?!"

Clover: "Yup, you need to get ready for school."

Princess Sofia: "Oh no! I forgot I had school!"

Clover: "What? You never forget--"

Princess Sofia: "I KNOW! UGHH!"

I got down from my bed while Robin and Mia got my dress. Clover got my shoes ready too and my crown was ready too. I quickly put my shoes on and got my dress on and Mia placed my crown on my head.

Princess Sofia: "Haha thanks friends, you guys are always such great helpers."

Mia: "You're welcome, Princess."

Princess Sofia: *yells across the hall as she heads to dining room*  "Hope I haven't missed breakfast!"

I arrived at the dining room to see my dad, my mom, Amber and James patiently waiting for me.

Queen Miranda (Mom): "There you are, we've waiting for you."

Princess Sofia: "You all didn't start eating yet?"

King Roland ll (Dad): "We never start eating without you, Sofia."

I smiled.

Princess Sofia: "Haha, right! I'm sorry for being late! I must have overslept!"

King Roland ll (Dad): "Well, you're here and that's all that matters."

I happily sat on my seat which right next to Amber. We ate some breakfast and then went on the carriage to head the school. When we arrived at school, everyone was already there. I saw Hildegard and Clio come out from their carriage, and I saw Vivian and everyone else. I also saw  Hugo come out and Axel. Amber went to her friends as usual. Hugo was pretty nervous when he saw me because everyone was outside socializing and he didn't want people to see him with me. I was a little shy too as I smiled while I saw him. Seeing me shy and smiling made Hugo smile too. I tried to avoid making eye contact but I couldn't stop staring. He was a complete distraction so I offered to go after him. Amber and her friends were watching me and Hugo and so was James. James, of course, looked mad.

Prince Hugo: (smiles nervously as he bows) "P-Princess Sofia."

Princess Sofia: (smiles nervously also as she does a curtisy) "P-Prince Hugo."

Prince Hugo: "H-how are you?"

Princess Sofia: "I-I'm good, thank you, a-and you?"

Prince Hugo: "M-me too, hope you h-had a great night."

Princess Sofia: "I-I did, hope you did too."

Prince Hugo: "I-I did."

Hugo and I were silent again looking at each other while we smiled shyly. I was blushing hard. I didn't know why I was blushing in front of him but I saw his cheeks red also and he was smiling at me.

Prince Hugo: "Are you okay, Sofia?"

Princess Sofia: "O-oh yes, t-totally..!"

Prince Hugo: "Sure?"

Princess Sofia: "Hmm mmm! Totally!"

Prince Hugo: "I-I always get really excited when I get to see you, Sofia."

That was what had me staring at him as I smiled. That was what made me like him even more.

Princess Sofia: "R-really?"
