David's pov It was a typical normal night at the Santa Carla Boardwalk:Marko went to go get some Chinese food,Star took Laddie to the concert on the beach,and Dwayne and Paul were trying to flirt with some girls.I was walking around by myself because I wanted some alone time.i didn't even realize I ended up far from the boardwalk and at some houses,"what the-"my thoughts were cut off by the sound of a baby crying.i looked to my left only to see someone leaving a baby at a doorstep of a house,I don't know why but I felt bad for the kid.when the person left I walked towards the baby,I bent down and gently lifted her/him up.she/he kept crying,I walked away from the house and tried to calm the baby down.
"Shhh,shhh,come on kid."i said,but he/she didn't stop crying.i looked around,making sure no one was around to see what I was about to do.i looked up as the sky and floated up,the baby started to stop crying.i flew around for a while,the baby giggled."You like that huh?"I asked him/her,he/she touched my cheek.my eyes shined,"you know,you're better off with me then with humans who probably won't love you."i said.he/she tilted her/his head,"I think I'll call you...Cloud."I named the baby.he/she giggled and clapped,"you like that name?"I asked her/him.he/she hugged my cheek,I don't know why but that made me emotional.
