𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐑 - 𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍.𝐉

𝐀... 𝐑𝐞𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧? | 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟐 | 𝟕

I closed my eyes in fear, expecting to be swallowed at any moment, I could feel the titan coming closer, its head inching towards mine.

Shiganshia had never been so silent, yet full of chaos and destruction.

The grumbling noises coming from it became more apparent as the temptation to open my eyes grew inside of me... Just a small peak before I met my fate, and I did, I peeked into my peripheral vision and could see it.

The titan was right next to me.

I couldn't scream, cry, run, beg for help in this moment.

It might be my last and yet I still cant risk it.

*sniff*

I could feel the air escape past me as the titan sniffed me, seemingly investigating me.

Shouldn't I be dead by now?

At this point my eyes were open all the way, stunned by what was going on. It seems to have just smelled me and is now stepping back?

I still dont have the chance to run.

All I can do is turn around and face it.

Ever so slowly, I turned my shakey feet along with the rest of my body. My head trailing last to have my eyes finally meet with the titan that stood in front of me.

'Someone please help me', I trembled whilst looking directly into its large smile. A single tear rolled down my cheek, not being able to shout as there's a chance I would startle it.

It began to reach towards me as I flinched backwards, falling onto the concrete ground, thinking now that it was going to grab me.

I brought my hand in front of my face, as if that was going to give me any sort of protection against the 15 meter titan now centimetres away from me.

Instead I felt a small tug from around my neck, falling slightly forward as it pulled me. I looked down to see its big fingers holding something, mesmerised by something.

My necklace.

'Have it if you want just let me go', I begged trying to make contact with it, but it dropped my necklace back down for it to lay back on my chest, still not attempting to hurt me in any way.

'What do you want?', I asked, this time looking into its eyes.

'F/...F/...F/N'.

It spoke.

Paralysed in my position all I could do was keep eye contact.

But for some reason, the longer I stared at it, I began to see through it.

See through her.

A sudden rush flew through my head, aching it as I felt a chamber of my brain unlock.

'Dina?'

I reached towards her face unconsciously, not understanding where the knowledge of the name came from, or how I recognised her, yet both my brain and body longed to be with her.
