"she what?" jungkook was beyond angry as he watched the tears pour down your eyes.
he was on his way to leave out of the school with taehyung and hoseok when he noticed you had been left behind. at first he thought that you were with your new girlfriend, dea —— which you were.
but when he came to make sure you were alright, it was an actual surprise that you weren't. you were sat in the senior hallway on the floor, arms hugging your legs in despair.
"she c-cheated on me." you hiccup, embarrassed that you were crying over the older girl. you bring your hands to cover your face, trying to take off the attention.
jungkook doesn't respond but sits down next to you, wrapping his arm around you and sighing. "well i can't beat her ass but i can give her some choice words."
he didn't know any other way of making you feel better, he was the worse at comforting others.
"i'll be fine hyung." you remove your hands and wipe your eyes. "maybe she just wasn't for me."
"yeah she wasn't." jungkook ruffles your black hair. "she was an asshole and you're a sweetheart."
that makes a smile crack on your face; your mouth stretching so your bright teeth were showing. "stop it."
"i'm not kidding."
"she was okay." you say, moving closer into the boys arms.
"mhm." jungkook just hums.
the both of you sit there, in silence, a comfortable one at that. jungkook even lays his legs out and pulls your body so yours were laying on his. no one was in the school now, not even teachers so it was no worry that anyone would see you two.
"how about i make you feel better?" jungkook speaks up, nearly talking in your hair.
"what? how?"
he sits up, pulling your chin up softly so he could look at you. "let me take you home and show you."
