"hey, it's time to get up." the older behind you laughs when you whine, groaning when he hits you with the pillow.

"don't wanna." you mutter. who said you had to go to the tattoo shop today? just because yoongi and jimin were finally moving into a bigger space today.

"we have to help your brother, plus that's kind of my boss? i'd like to keep my job." you feel the bed dip and you watch as the, clothed muscled body walks into the bathroom.

you all had graduated about two years ago, of course you were all still good friends and of course you still had your bickering but most importantly you all were happy.

"i'm up hyung." you sit up and sigh once the sun through the curtains hit you.

"finally." the now short black haired boy walks out of the bathroom with a toothbrush in his mouth. smiling down at you and blowing a goofy kiss before running back inside.

"disgusting jungkook." you mutter, but smile anyways.

you and jungkook had become closer than ever.

and by closer, you meant just friends, best friends.

you had broke things off with namjoon in junior year, letting him know that you didn't feel as strongly for him as you should've. although you loved him so much.

namjoon deserved better than you, there was no point of him wasting all of his love on you.

you both were still great friends, you even recently met his new boyfriend, a cute just newly graduate.

on the other hand you and jungkook were just friends. you both decided that the love you had for eachother would never turn into what you'd want it to. and well, you wanted eachother to be happy.

"when will i meet your little friend?" you sit up out the bed.

"he's coming by the shop today." jungkook wiped his mouth when he steps out the bathroom. "and dude get up now, we have to leave." he throws the damp towel at you and you both laugh.

maybe your decision wasn't so bad, but you both would never forget, that it would never be ——

"nothing like us?" jungkook cocked his head at you and you just nod, giving the boy back a smile as he shined his bunny one to you.
