Sally and I sat down on the couch alone to talk while the others went to settle in their rooms. "Tell me everything. After so many years I've lost with you, I want to know all bout your life," Sally cupped my cheek and smiled at me.

I cringed when she said she wanted to know about my life. I wanted to tell her everything but not everything was as happy as she probably thought it was.

I paused I minute thinking about how I should start.
"Well I've been shuffled from foster house to foster house over the years. Some were amazing and some . . not so much. My last foster parents had two sons, younger than me, little tyrants. They would boss me around like I was their maid and their parents didn't say anything about it. They would even join in on it! I'm just glad to be at camp now."

She frowned a bit, "I'm sorry. It must have been hard, I wish I could have kept you I do but . . it was for your safety." She brushed the hair out of my face and behind my ear.

"Dear-" she paused "I don't know if you still have it but your father gave you something when you were a baby. A necklace?"

"Oh, this one?" I reach around my neck. Tucked under my shirt was a necklace with a small charm in the shape of a key. The key was a light teal color while a pink shell at the head of it.
I took off the necklace and held it out by the string to her.

She smiled and wrapped her hand softly around the charm. "Yes that's the one." She layer the necklace back around my neck. "Promise my you will keep this safe. Never take it off. It will be very important one day."

I nodded not really understanding how an old charm could be important but I guess it did come from dad
"I promise."

She cupped my cheek again, "You know Percy stays here during the school season. If you want . . you could also stay. You don't have to of course. I know you like camp."

My eyes widened, "Really? You'll let me stay?"

"Of course sweetheart!" she said wrapping me in a hug.

"Thanks . . . mom," I said holding back tears.

As we pulled away she smiled but I could see she was holding back a few of her own tears.
My mom. I thought. I finally a real mother.

Just then the others walked into the living room having finished unpacking.

"Hey mom can we make some cookies?" Percy asked.
"Oh" he said noticing how we bother looked like crying. "Are we interrupting?"

"No no" I laughed brushing away my tears. I hopped up off the couch. "Cookies sound great actually"

"Alright cookies it is but don't spoil your dinner!" Sally called after us as we all raced to the kitchen.

The rest of the evening was spent stuffing our faces and seeing how many cookies we could eat before we felt sick. Annabeth lost with only 5, Cameron and I got to 10, and Percy, gods knows where he put them all, ate 20 cookies.
Later we all gathered in the living room to watch a movie before bed. Percy insisted on either The Little Mermaid or Moana, and the crew finally settled on The Little Mermaid. For as scary as everyone at camp believes Percy is, I bet they would be surprised as to how excited he gets watching the Little Mermaid practically belting all the songs at the top of his lungs!

After the movie finished we said our good nights and headed to our rooms. Annabeth and I shared a room while the boys shared Percy's room.

It didn't take me long to drift off but with sleep comes the dreams I dread to have.

Suddenly I opened my eyes to find my self in a dark hallway. It's almost pitch black except for the few torches here and there along the walls. I listened to see if anyone was around but all I heard were pained whispers. If I'm in the underworld right I swear! My guess was right because just then I saw the King of the Underworld, Hades himself walk past me. Walking next to him was a tall very skinny man with silver hair and grey eyes. They both wore all black business suits.
