This two book series was crafted by lizaalewis. It follows Cassandra 'Cassie' Carrington adventure with a love triangle, involving the famous Blake Pearson and Adrian Cavallero.
Cassie has been recently fried from her job and in her desperation she accepts a position at a law firm as Adrian's personal assistant. She instantly is attracted to his handsomeness, although he is hesitant at first, he eventually let's his feelings take control after he finds out she doesn't want marriage. Although their love story takes a pause at the end of the book after she finds out his secret it's not over.
The second book focuses mostly on Blake and Cassie, and how they try their luck at love, sadly Blake is still in love with his ex who rejected his previous proposal, Cassie let's him go so they both can find true love. Adrian, who had been her boss for the past few months, becomes her love interest again, after confessing their undying love for each other they continue their love story.
