Chapter 7~ hes still staring

Y/N POV~

Ryuzaki and I were working on the case together before everyone had arrived he handed me documents I had to look over I flipped them page by page going through them when I felt someone looking at me, turning my head there he was Ryuzaki he looked adorable I started to blush "Ryuzaki why are you staring?" I asked "No reason I didn't know you were actually into the work we are doing." He replied "Of course I am I love stuff like this and to work with you is a dream I'm so glad I'm on this case." He blushed "good to hear I'm glad someone can relate to loving cases as much as I do I never really relate with anyone." I smiled at him and continued to work on the documents "How are we so sure that Kira is a real person yes it may sound crazy but honestly what he does to kill people is crazy it's unbelievable to think a human could have done this." He sighed "That's the problem we don't know who he is or how he kills this case gets harder and harder but even if, I will be the one who solves this case no matter what." He replied. Soon after everyone showed up at taskforce headquarters.

We were all working it was a quiet day today mostly just catching up on work Light and I were exchanging small talk every once in a while I missed hanging out with him ever since we got this job it's been distant we've both been busy and since Ryuzaki likes when I stay after work with him it makes it harder for me to see Light I felt bad in a way we always were friends.

Everytime I talked to Light I noticed Ryuzaki was still staring at me nonestop but the more I looked at Light the more sad he got like he didn't want me talking to him maybe it's because he's for sure that Light is Kira or maybe it's just because he has no friends. The more I thought about it the more I realized I don't know anything about him when I tried asking him things he said it was classified which now I understand because he is L and if I were Kira I could kill him but he was very mysterious and to himself I wish I could get to know him better.
