Chapter 24: Who's the Alpha Dog?

After Saito had taken Todoroki to the imfirmary, he is now currently heading his way to the waiting room as Cementoss was reconstructing most of the arena. But as he does he takes notice Crystal who had a her usual happy look on her face but a slight sense of nervousness as her ears were twitching a lot."

Crystal: "Great work out there Saito!"

Saito: "Heya Crystal, I was expecting Pomeranian to be around here, so curse at me or something." *Crystal giggles a bit* "So you okay? You look tense."

Crystal: "Oh, actually I'm a bit nervous. Guess it's showing on my face.."

Saito: "Oh yeah, your opponent is Pomeranian. Heh guess we finally get to see who the top dog is in Class 1-A." *Badmtss*

Crystal: *giggles* "Yup! And I'll show him just how 'Paw'some I really am!" *Badmtss*

The two look at each other before laughing at each others puns for a bit.

Saito: "Feeling better?"

Crystal: "Yeah! Thank you Saito....." *looking off to the side* "You've always known how to cheer me up...."

Saito: "You think so?"

Crystal: "Yeah....hey..can I ask you something?"

Saito: "Sure..."

Crystal:  Well I wanted to ask during the day, I told you why I wanted to be a hero.. If you were the one who saved me, then why didn't you say anything back then?"

Saito: "....I.. I don't know... I guess when you reminded me of that day.. I couldn't help but feel... happy. During that time.. I felt accomplished.. that I was able to change someone's life for the better. And to meet you again.. I just.. couldn't have the guts to say anything.. I was just lost for words.. But I am really happy that I was able to meet you again Crystal.."

Crystal: *smiles before releasing her embrace* "Heh I'm glad see you again too after so long.."

Announcement: "The second match of the semi Finals will begin shortly. Both Contestants are requested to enter the arena."

Crystal: "Oh uh, guess I should be getting ready!" *gets up but as she does*

Saito: "Hold on.." *Crystal turns around as to something she wasn't expecting. All she could do was stand still as Saito helps her put on a beautiful starlight colored scarf around her face which covers her nose. Surely enough, she'd have to readjust to speak* "There we go

Crystal: "Wait... ?!" *she holds the scarf in shock* "What.."

Saito: "Heh..it's a scarf.. consider it a sign of our friendship.."

Crystal: "But where did you?"

Saito: "Oh I ..um bought it from a store recently and thought it look good on you.."  

Crystal: "Oh.." *blushes* "It's beautiful... thank you."

Saito: "Heh don't mention it.." *gets up* "Come on I'll walk with you to the arena.."

Crystal nods and the two walked off to the corridor soon arriving nearby the entrance to the arena. 

Saito: "Heh, knock'em dead for me Crystal!"

Crystal: *smiles* "Right!" *Crystal walks out the corridor waving to Saito one last time before the match*

Stadium Ground:

Mic: *leans over to get a proper glance of the contestant* "GIVE IT UP FOR SHAMARRIN LUPIN!" *As Shamarrin Lupin walks down to the area. He lightly covered the microphone before leaning back to converse with his colleague* "Is it even okay for her tow wear the scarf? Heck where did she even get that scarf?"
