It was the next day after All-Might told Saito and Izuku about his quirk One for All and how it was created and passed from one user to another like a torch. He asked Izuku if he would like to become the next user of One for All and he accepted and All Might offer to train him and train Saito.
Saito and Izuku was currently on his way to Dagobah Beach, the once beautiful beach but now filled with trash. When they arrived at the beach, they see All Might in his skinny form.
Saito: *whispers to Izuku* "Remember what All-Might said call him Toshinori Yagi."
Izuku: *whispers* "right."
All-Might: "Hello, young Midoriyas."
Izuku: "Ah hello Yagi-san!"
Saito: "Sup."
All Might: "Alright now then we need to train your body to be able to handle OFA's power, Young Izuku. so, I wanted to see your current level of your body right now."
Izuku: "Oh um...okay.." Izuku takes off his shirt and to All Might's surprise. Izuku actually had a rip body already.

All-Might: *Turns muscular out of shock* "GREAT HOLY BALD EAGLES!!"
Saito: *giving his signature smile* "Heh didn't expect that did you?"
All-Might: "No! *looks at Izuku* Incredible Young man! You had gotten a lot of training done already!"
Izuku: "Oh that would um be from all big brother's helping me train.."
All-Might:*changes back to skinny form* "Training?"
Izuku: *puts back on his shirt* "Yeah..you see ever since I learned I was quirkless. Big brother had me exercise a lot and train to be able to defend myself."
All Might looks over to Saito who yawns out loud.
Saito: "Me, pfft nah. I'm too way lazy and sleepy to do any form of exercise..You did the training little bro."
All Might *coughs a bit* "Well regardless, it would seem your body is already prepared for OFA. But before we do I suggest we do a bit more training to prepare for the U.A training Exam."
Izuku: *salutes* "Yes Sir!"
Saito: *shrugs* "All right."

8 months has passed and during the 8 months, All-Might trained Izuku by telling him to clean all the trash on the beach to complete the Izuku's preparation. While Saito trained him on more hand to hand combat since All-Might's quirk is more like strength enhancement quirk. And as the two train more. Saito got more and more faster as his dodging skills gotten more and more stronger.
