Chapter 6: Leah gets The Roar.

Leah's POV. I really miss my sister. "Koda, Wanna play?" I ask him. "Yeah!" He says. "Let's play with the baobab ball!" I say to my brother. "OK. Grrr. Grr. Grrr!" He says before it lands in The Outlands. "Aww, man. Game over." I say to him. "Pshh. I'm not scared of those hyenas." Koda says. "Neither am I! It's just that, what happened to Asha! I don't want that happening to me!"I tell Koda before he goes down on the hard floor of The Outlands. "Got it!" Koda says. "Haha. Hello, Lion Cub. Come stay for dinner." The hyena says. "Yeah, stay for dinner! Because you look delicious! You can be the boss's lunch." Hyena #2 says. "Lunch?" Koda says. "No! Let. Him. Go!" I say before I roar so big that the hyena is blasted back into the cave. "Wow. Awesome!" Koda says. He climbs up the rock. "Leah! Help! I can't climb much further and I can't hold on much longer!" Koda says. "Grab my paw." I tell him. He grabs my paw and he climbs back up. "Oh, man! Could you believe your roar? How could you roar like that?!" Koda asks me. "I don't know. Wish I did, though. Let's ask Aunt Vitani. Hey, Aunt Vitani?" I say to Aunt Vitani. "Yes, Sweetheart? Is there something bothering you?" Aunt Vitani asks me. "Yeah. A question." I tell Aunt Vitani. "Oh? And that is?" Aunt Vitani asks me. "I roared so loud that I blasted hyenas back into the cave. How? What is this special roar?" I ask Aunt Vitani. "Go ask Uncle Kion about that." Aunt Vitani tells me. "Ok. Thanks anyway, Auntie Vitani!" I tell her before I run to Uncle Kion. "No problem!" Aunt Vitani says. "Uncle Kion?" I say as I walk in. "Yes?" Uncle Kion asks me. "I have a special roar. It roared the hyenas away. What is this roar?" I ask Uncle Kion. "It is The Roar of The Elders." Uncle Kion tells me. "Roar of The Elders?" Me and Koda say, not knowing. "The Roar of The Elders is a special roar given to the 3rd born cub of the King and Queen of The Pride Lands in that generation. The roar is given only when the 3rd born cub is ready to lead The Lion Guard." Uncle Kion tells me. "What's a Lion Guard?" I ask Uncle Kion. "The Lion Guard is a team of animals or lions that protect The Pride Lands. The fiercest, the bravest, the fastest, the strongest, and the keenest of sight. My team only had one lion. Me. The bravest was Bunga, a honey badger. The fastest was Fuli, a cheetah. The strongest was Beshte, a hippopotamus. And the keenest of sight was Ono, a egret. Together, we were The Lion Guard. Our catchphrase was, "Untill The Pride Lands end, Lion Guard defend!" Uncle Kion tells me. "Wow. Should I assemble my team yet, Uncle Kion?" I ask him. "Yes. Go assemble your team. But don't try to show them the Roar. It'll just end up being a squeak. Use it wisely." Uncle Kion tells me. "Ok, Uncle Kion! I will!"
