"Hey." Hyunjae holds her wrist before she could leave the car after they arrived at the university.

Juyeon and Kevin take that as their cue to excuse themselves first, respecting the seniors.

"Thanks for the meal, hyung ! See you later noona !"

Hyunjae just waves them off, looking at Yina.

"What is it ?"
"Are you free this weekend ?"

Yina didn't expect that question. She thought he'd ask her about the texts she received earlier.

"I'm not sure though, why ?"
"Ah.."

He lets her wrist go and presses his lips thinly together.

"Nevermind."
"I mean, I could be free.."

Yina clears her throat. Not knowing why she is nervous being around him.

"I was wondering if you wanna hang out..?" he asks slowly, dragging his eyes to the steering wheel. This is the first time he asks a girl to hang out, considering he never really had girlfriends, to begin with.

"Hang out ? Where ?"
"Just somewhere nearby. You know, we never had the chance to know each other like real friends."

This time, he clears his throat. Ears reddening as he continues to spit out words that have been floating around his head during the whole lunch.

"Come to think about it, you're right."

His words are true. They just know a little bit about themselves. This and that, you know.

A hangout wouldn't hurt.

"Okay then. Let's hang out." she notices how Hyunjae's eyes lit up at her answer and she finds that cute.

Wait what ?

"So, see you later ?"
"Yeah. See you."

The two exchange smiles before Yina gets out of the car, walking straight to a black car waiting nearby.

"That was.. something."

Yina makes her way into her Dad's working space, knocking a few times.

"What does he want now.." she mumbles as she twists the doorknob after receiving a response from her father.

"Why do you want to see me ?" the girl sits down on the couch across her Dad.

"Who were the boys with you earlier ?" he asks sternly.

Yina rolls her eyes, she couldn't believe what she just heard.

"I told you, I was eating with my friends. How did you even know about them.."

"And by friends, I assumed them to be girls. Not boys."

Here we go again.

"If you don't have anything nice to say I'll leave now, Father," she says, standing up.

Weird isn't it ? Calling her own father with such a formal name ? 아버지 just sounds right instead of 아빠, or at least that's what Yina feels.
