"It's been six years, Hannah." Mr. Ackerman said with a serious and stern tone with his usual stoic expression. Your mother - Hannah - just stood there baffled and in complete and utter shock with wide eyes and mouth gaped open.

"Levi... what're you doing here?" Hannah asked.

You kept looking back and forth at them only wondering how the hell do they know each other?

"Would you like to explain to Y/N who we are to her or do you want me to do it." Levi asked as he fixed his glasses.

"Levi... this isn't really the best time to-"

"It's perfect timing." Levi cut her off then started looking at you. "Y/N... your mother had you when she was nine-teen. Did she tell you?"

"Yes, she did." you said nervously.

"Do you know your father, the one man who truly cared about you?" Levi asked.

"Levi, stop..." Hannah said with tears filling up her vision.

"I'M NOT GOING TO STOP AFTER ALL THE BULLSHIT YOU PUT MT THROUGH!" Levi yelled at the top of his lungs.

"I'M SORRY, OKAY?" Hannah yelled back with tears in her eyes.

"What's going on?" your little voice crept through the chaos.

Levi and Hannah stared at each other for a moment before Hannah sighed. "Y/N... Levi is... your father..." Hannah said and everything that you had ever known collapsed.

Your eyes widen as you looked at your mother than Mr. Ackerman- no, your father.

"Wait- What about Nanaba?" you asked.

"I birthed her at 15. Her father is not Levi, though." Hannah said.

"Wait... what do you mean all the bullshit my mom put you through?! I don't even remember you and you were never there!" you yelled, defending your mom. Although your sudden outburst didn't faze Levi's stoic look.

"Yeah. She always kicked me out of the house. Not only that, I was the only one working. The only time I got to see you was when you were sleeping. Soon enough, I got sick of it and tried leaving with both you and Nanaba but your mother refused to let me leave with you and told me to go away for good. That's my tragic villain story." Levi said with sarcasicm.

Your eyes widen at Levi's statement and you look at your mother to see if she had any argument to go against what he said but Hannah just stared at the ground with her head low and eyes full of regret, guilt, and humiliation.

"...why did she kick you out so much?" you asked.

"Because I promised her I would make her live in the mainland by being a famous painter. Of course, it was a stupid dream I thought about when I first met her. But I thought she would be more kind enough to at least still love me." Levi said.

You finally understood why your mom never liked you painting. It reminded her of Levi.

Tears filled your version with a awful lump in your throat. "I think I'm going to get some air." you said as you snatched your phone from Levi's desk and headed out of the classroom.

You spead-walked through the hallway and made your way outside to the school courtyard and sat down on the bench to let your mind think and yourself breath.

You couldn't believe it. Your art teacher was your father and your mom is a jerk. You then thought of the painting in your basement and connected the dots.

That painting must've been painted by Levi.

A notification dinged and you then remembered how Annie had been spamming you with text messages.
