*Seven days ago*
(Jasmine's POV)
I'd woken up early this morning and stepped out to grab a drink. When I stepped outside, I saw Sammy staring out the window with a sad look on her face.
Jasmine: Hey Sammy. What's wrong?
Sammy: *sigh* I miss F/n.
Jasmine: Trust me, we all do, except Amy. But it's not like you won't see him again. He's just on the other team.
Sammy: I know. But I keep expecting to look over and see him sneaking in through one of the windows.
Jasmine: What? You caught him doing that?
Sammy: Twice. He never explained why he was sneaking in, so I'm not sure what he was doing.
Jasmine: That sounds kinda suspicious actually. But that doesn't matter now.
Amy: SAMEY!
We look over and see Amy burst into the room, and she has a pissed off look on her face.
Sammy: Um... hey Amy...
Amy: Don't "hey Amy" me! Don't forget, F/n isn't here anymore, and with Adam on his little war path for his hat, nobody's here to stop me from dragging you around!
Jasmine: Actually, I'm still-
Amy: Shut it, giant! Last I checked, you didn't really do much to help Samey back on Pahkitew Island!
I tried to find a response, but she had a point. All I really did was tell Sammy when and when not to talk back to Amy. I didn't do anything to help her when Amy would bully her.
Amy: Now make me some breakfast Samey. Chop chop! And don't even think about pulling the same shit you pulled on Pahkitew!
*Current day*
(Sammy's POV)
It had been a full week of Adam's and Amy's nonsense with no intervention from F/n, and at this point I'm not sure who I'd prefer dealing with.
Amy: Seriously Samey?! Are you telling me that you can't even make pancakes properly?!
F/n: Shut up and make them yourself Amy!
We both look over and see F/n sneaking in through the window for some odd reason.
Sammy: F/n?!
I run over and greet F/n with a hug. Much to my surprise, he hugged me back immediately.
Amy: What are you doing here?
F/n: I was looking for my book, but realized I never actually asked Sammy to give it back.
Sammy: Oh right! Here let me go get it.
I had gone to grab the book while Amy had left and went back to her room. I grabbed F/n's book and left, but when I entered the next room he was right by my door. In my surprise he pulls me close to him.
F/n: I don't actually care if you still have the book, I just dropped by to give you a present.
Sammy: A present? What is it?
F/n: This.
He reaches into back pocket and pulls out the Chris McClean Invincibility Totem.
Sammy: Whoa... where did you find that?
F/n: In an empty tree.
