Chapter 9: Look at me

Nenma's POV

It's been week since that revelation had happened. Everything's fine with me and Ai-chan, but she had to return to her grandparents house for a little while.

"Umm~ Good Morning!" I said as I greeted everyone in the dinig table. "Ohayo...." nii-chan as he always said. "Oka-san, Otou-san, I'll be gone for a week for practice......" he said as we both sat down on our seats.

"Oh..... Ehhhh!?!?" surprisingly I stood up and hurt my knee as it hit the table. "Nenma.... I was also gone last year... why are you surprised?" he asked as he bit off his bread. "I just forgot... Well at least have fun and bring me some souvenir." I smiled and sat down again at the table.

"Huh? Didn't you know? Every volleyball club including the girls will be going to Miyagi Prefecture." he said and looked at his phone. "Huh?.........Really?!?!"

{later}

"Nenma-chan." as I heard the a voice callinf to me, I looked to see who it was. "Ah! Akari-senpai. Is it about the practice?" I asked as I turned towards her. "Did Ken-chan told you about it? Sorry If it was late, but there will be a meeting about it. Tha's all and see you later." she said and went ahead to her class.

"A meeting huh?" I said and sighed my way back to my class when. "Nenma!!!!" I turned and saw Inu running really fast towrds me. "Inu?!!?" I said and opened th door to my class which he suddenly fell into it. "Nanni?"

"I...i......some of my senpai chased me because I accidentally told him that there will be female girls in some volleyball clubs in Miyagi Prefecture...." he said and stood up while some of my classmates where laughing. 

*sigh*

"This will become a disaster." I said and went inside of my class. Suddenly, I felt a chill on my shoulder as if someone was watching me. "What's wron Nenma-chan?"  Nanami asked as I entered the class with a scare on my face. "n-nothing much." I said and sat on my table.

{after school}

All of us where present at the gym and sat down on the floor to discuss something before practicing. Uira-senpai along with Akira-senpai were discussing about some special practice in Miyagi Prefecture. "This year will be more special because we will be fighting our school's rivals finally." Uira-senpai announced and almost everyone are excited... well except the first years. 

"I forgot. To all those who doesn't know, Karasuno ws our school's rivals for years, but eventually we couldn't get any good schedules due to its lack of members in the girls' team." Uira-senpai explained. "Anyways, this year they finally have enough members and decided to have a practice match with them during our visit there." Akira-senpai added.

Karasuno...did I heard that before....I said to myself.

"That's all for now, we hoped that all can attend." Akira-senpai said and everyone stood up and went to practice.

"Ano... senpai." I said calling the girl with a blonde hair. "Nen-chan, what is it?" she tilted her head towards me. "Did this happen last year?" I asked. "It didn't cause there were no approved practice mached but now is really exciting. Will you come? You are our setter right?" she asked and I nodded. "it's my first time to leave my house for a week and to meet Karasuno high's volleyball members." I said with a smile.

"Oi1 Yuta! Nenma! We're having a practice matched with the boys' volleyball club! Hurry!" Kira-senpai shouted as we noticed that we were the only ones left in the gym. "Gomenasai!" we said and rushed towards the next door gym.

{After Practice}

"So..tired..." I said as I stretched my whole body after the practice game. "It was fun." a boy with a bed hair said. "It was not, I was almost hit on the face because of you!" I pouted and turned away. Kuro-nii and I haven't talked for a long time. "Nenma, oka-san asked us to get something for her." nii-chan said after receiving a text.

"Hai~ Kuro-nii you can go now, Nii-chan and I can handle this." I said trying to avoid awkwardness between us. "I was going to stop by near a market to get something for dinner, mind fif I join as well?" he said with a smile. "E...e...." I turned away to avoid him noticing my face red also because my brother will tease me later.

"Nenma, i'll go home, Kuro can accompany you anyways. Here's the list." he said after writing a list on my....hand. "Mou! Nii-chan!" I sadi shouting at him who was running away.

"Heh. So it will be the two of us then." he said with a smile then pulled me to the nearest market place. "K-kuro-nii I can walk, can you please let go?" I said as he was still pulling me. "I won't cause you might get lost." he said returning a nice smile to me.

I lowered my face and blushed really red. "Baka!"

{later on}

"Thanks for helping me Kuro-nii." I said as we went out of the store carrying our bags. "I'll carry that for you then." he said lowering himself to me. "I-i can do this." I said pulling away the bags. "They're not so heavy. I'm fine." I smiled and we both started walking home.

"Hey look! They're such a cute couple." two ladies said as they saw us. "C-couple!?!?" I said blushing. "Arigatou." Kuro-nii answered and smiled at them. "K-kuro-nii!!?!"

As we were walking home, I was still blushing after  what had happened. "Oi, Nenma!" Kuro-nii said as I looked at him. "Are you still listening to me?" he said and moved closer to me. "Gomen.... Did you say something?" I said as looked away from him. "I asked why were you avoiding me?" he said moving closer again to me. "I am not. I'm just too busy these days." I said still looking away from his stare.

"Then why won't you look at me?" he said as I noticed that I was leaning to a wall, he placed his other hand to my side and moved closer. "I-i'm looking at you... se-" as I turned, I suddenly felt something on my lips and when I opened my eyes it was Ku-kuro-nii's lips touching mine. "G-gomen!" I said and pushed him away and run away blushing really red this time. 

"Okairi Nenma- Nenma why are you red!?!" oka-san asked as she saw me enter the house sweating and red. "Nothing... Oka-san, here's the things you asked, I'll be in my room. " I reached out the bag and tried my best to cover my face.

Kuro-nii you idiot!

"She's coming huh?" a girl with a boyish hair said as she looked out her classroom window. "how are you...Nenma?"
