Charlie's POV
This girl is crazy.
This was the only thought on my mind as Cecilia straightened out the dress I was wearing.
Yes folks. You heard me correctly. A dress.
We had gone over the plan over a hundred times and I knew what to do but the dress thing was still bothering me.
"Come on, Charlie, no need to pout, you're doing this for your best friend, remember?" She mimicked my expression and my eyes softened.
She looked so damn adorable.
"Okay, you're ready." She smiled at her work and I looked in myself in the mirror.
I looked dumb as hell. Especially with the blonde wig on my head.
"Now, you know what to do?" I nodded. "OK, let's go and remember, make sure your back is always facing them and keep up that fake high - pitched voice."
"Yes ma'am." I saluted.
We left my room and headed out of the dorm and into the yard, where Cecilia then texted Hope and I texted Alec, telling them both to meet us here.
"Go hide over there until they show up." Cecilia pointed towards a large oak tree and I headed over.
"Good luck." She said as I walked and I smiled at her.
A few minutes later I spot Hope walk out and look around, followed by Alec who walked in the opposite direction, not noticing each other.
Cecilia then nodded at Naomi, who stood in a far corner and she came towards Hope with a wide smile. She beckoned her to follow and took her to a bench where they sat and Naomi tried to continue the conversation.
Then Matt came out and took Alec to the opposite side of the yard. He sat him down and did the same thing as Naomi.
As soon as they were occupied, Thomas and Ellie came out with a picnic basket and a blanket and laid everything down in a secluded area. Now it was time for me and Cecilia to initiate the main part of the master plan.
Cecilia nodded at me then took out my wallet she borrowed for the scheme. She then gave me a thumbs up and sprinted in the opposite direction.
Now it was my turn.
I shrieked in my best girl voice and began to wave my arms frantically. "Help! Help! She stole my wallet! Heeeelllllpp!!!"
Luckily, no one else seemed to notice me other than the people I was actually trying to fool, mostly because Matt and Naomi made sure to point this out to them.
Alec got up to chase after Cecilia, who had put on a black hoodie to hide her identity. Hope also got up and ran after her. Cecilia came back the other way and made sure to run in the direction of the little picnic.
When they got there, she turned again and purposely knocked into Hope, making her fall over and Alec finally notices her.
"Oh, hey! Are you okay? He helped her up.
"Yeah, I'm oka-" she stopped when she saw the little date that had been set up with their names on placards on the front.
They looked at each other, then looked back into the yard only to see us all huddled up, watching.
"Ask her out, you idiot!" Cecilia yelled.
Alec's eyes widened, and he leads her onto the blanket and sit down. They talk for a while until he looks nervous then asks her a question, to which she smiles and nods happily. They kiss and hug and we all cheer as our plan had succeeded.
Me and Cecilia hugged and then quickly pull back, both flushed and kinda embarrassed.
Maybe wearing this dress was worth it.
Wait....
"Hold up, if we needed a girl to trick them, couldn't we have just used one of you three?" I asked.
Cecilia smiled sheepishly as everyone else laughed. "I wanted to see what you would look like in a dress. Plus, hilarious."
I narrow my eyes at her and poke her sides, making her laugh. "You mischievous little bookworm."

Cecilia's POV"Hey, Peanut." Charlie says, putting his hand over my head, making fun of my height. I knew the nickname was him telling me that I'm short, but I narrowed my eyes at him.
"That's mean. I'm allergic to peanuts, you know?" I said as a I watched him take the seat next to me.
He laughed. "That makes me want to call you that even more, Peanut."
"What if I started calling you something too?" I asked.
He shrugged. "Go ahead and try." He leaned back in his seat.
I tapped my chin. "String bean?"
He shook his head.
"Spaghetti arms?
He gave me a funny look.
"Okay...Hercules?"
He raised his eyebrows."So are you calling me strong, attractive, and a literal god?"
"Shut up. I'll find one someday, okay?"
"Whatever you say, Peanut."
