Everyone was busy with the preparations for the guest. While the ladies (except Anika) were busy taking care of the food and other necessary set-ups, men were busy guiding the decorators and cleaners.
Daljeet (Ani's Grandmother)(BG): Kuriyon cheti cheti hath chalao, phir tayyar bhi hona hai...
(Girls, quickly finish the work, then you all have to get ready too).
Gauri (G) : G dadi calm down... everything will be perfect.
Av - BG, Anika uthi kya?
(Mom, did Anika woke up?)
BG- Nahi beta... mujhe toh nahi dikhi... ruko mein jaati hun...

Both of them left for Anika's room as both the elder ladies nodded their heads. Gauri knocked on the door twice but hearing no response, they both entered the room to witness The Sleeping Beauty still sleeping.

G - Yaar, yeh marwayegi hamein mommy ke hathon... pagal... Ani uth yar...
( Damn, this girl will get us killed by mom, Ani wake up!)
A - yaar kya mussibat hai... kyun subha subha tung kar rahi ho tum dono...
(What the hell is wrong now? Why are you both disturbing me this early in the morning...)
G/B - EARLY?
G - Behn time dekha hai tumne... It's 12 O'clock in the afternoon...
(Sister, have you seen the time? It's 12 O'clock in the afternoon).
B - Exactly Di, mom will be here any moment, and seeing you in this condition, she will be mad.
G - Yes Ani, Larke wale will be here in an hour or so... and you are still sleeping.
(Yes Ani Groom and his family will be here any moment, and you are still sleeping).
Listening to this Anika finally woke up with the jolt. She didn't want to see or meet anyone. She suddenly felt sad. She missed the Oberois. In a short time, that family and place had become her home away from home. Anika desperately wanted to go back in time and remove this marriage condition.
While seeing her so lost in thoughts and sadness on her face, both sisters sat on each side of her. Gauri being the mature one decided to voice out her thoughts.
G - Ani, will you tell me one thing honestly?
A (still lost) - Hmm
G - Do you already love someone? Is that the reason behind this sadness and disinterest towards the alliance? Did something happen in the last two months that we should know about?
