At the corner of my eye, I could see tom smirk things are not going to end well I thought as I stepped on the stage

"Alright because of the previous fight you're only going to disarm your opponent" professor Lupin told me and Tom both nodded I grabbed my wand and held it in fort of my face Tom did the same.

"Scared y/n" Tom said with a smirk

"you wish" I said smirking ( Draco and a Harry moment)

"go" professor lupin said Tom quickly made a move

''Expelliarmus'' he yelled I quickly dodged it

''Confringo'' I yelled he blocked it we both stated to fight a little to ruff because the spells we were blasting at each other were not the type to disarm your opponent

''both of you stop'' yelled professor lupin I got distracted by his voice that I didn't notice that tom threw a spell at me.

''Stupefy'' he yelled I was about to turn around when the spell hit me and I fell back and hit my head on the wall I could have sworn that I saw Tom smirk down at me I glared at him I didn't feel the pain because I am used to pain so it doesn't bother me anymore I could hear everyone gasp in shock I don't blame them I have never lost a duel in my whole entire life

''oh my god are you ok'' I heard some of the annoying Slytherin boys yell from the crowd I rolled my eyes and got up while rubbing my arm

''y/n you hand seems to be injured do you want go to the hospital wig'' professor lupin asked

''no professor I am fine'' I said

''are you sure'' he said I nodded

''very well then and tom you will have detention after class for not stopping when you were asked to'' professor lupin said tom rolled his eyes and nodded while clenching his fist together I smirked he got what he deserved I thought as I waked back to my spot

"Hey you alright y/n'' louis asked

''yeah I am fine'' I said

''dam tom is powerful he really knocked you down'' Olivia sneered.

''fuck off Olivia'' I said annoyed

''calm down y/n no need to get mad'' she said

''true'' I said as we all turned are attention back to the lesson.

I was at the library because I had to finish all of my work my arm was still bruised from the previous duel I had but luckily I used to spell to heal my arm faster I was writing down the different potions I had to make for potions class when I felt a pair of eyes watching me I looked around until I saw Alex he quickly looked away what the hell is going on I keep catching at least one of the riddle's staring at me I know something is going on because all of them are acting weird except for Maya and it all started this Moring I thought I decide to just ignore there stares until I find a reason behind it I might need to find out more about the riddles but I will do that later when I go home for the break I am sure there are books about their family in my great grandfathers office that I could use to find out more about the riddles there has to be something that they don't want others to know I finished my work and decided to go back to my dorm
