Chapter 4: ~ Getting to know each other for a bit ~

"What's with the early bedtime dear? It's not like you." Tony's mother asked, with an eyebrow raised.

"I went out to the forest earlier, and almost got attacked by a wild boar." Tony lied and laughed nervously. "So yeah... I'm exhausted from running away from it."

"I see. Okay then, pajamas on? Check. Kiss on the forehead? Check. You don't need a bedtime story, do you?" She asked a bit teasingly.

"Mom!" Tony shouted as his mother laughs.

"I'm messing with you Kiddo. Good night." Tony's mother said as she walks to the door.

"Goodnight mom, I love you." He called out.

"I love you too Tony. Sweet dreams, and sleep well." His mother said and closes the door behind her, as she walked out.

Tony waited for a few minutes, before changing back into his red hoodie and jeans.

"Ya done changing?" Rudolph was already awake, dangling his head on top of the bed, and he saw Tony half-naked.

"Rudolph what the heck!?" Tony jumped because of how Rudolph surprised him, and he fell off the bed. "You startled me." He said rubbing the back of his head. "If my brother Edgar was here, he'd probably kick you in the crotch right now," Tony said and stood up, and proceeded to put on his clothes, then sat back on the bed. Rudolph floated down and sat beside Tony.

"Oh? You have an older brother too? Where's he?" Rudolph asked.

"He's in England, he's far away but, he always sends us pictures, of what he is doing, and where he is. He's two years older than me, and he has a boyfriend." Tony replied.

"I see. Well, the night's still young, tell me more about your brother," Rudolph said looking at Tony's watch.

"Well we have the same blonde hair and blue eyes, and he loves photography. He's really shy, unlike me." He proudly said.

"You're a scaredy-cat though." Rudolph teased while Tony rolled his eyes.

"His dream is to become a photographer one day. Oh! I have a picture that he sent us, a few months ago." Tony stood up and went to rummage his bag, while not letting Rudolph take a peek at its contents. "Aha! Here it is!" Tony jumped up, zipped up his bag, and went to sit beside Rudolph. "He has so many friends and they all love him!" Tony showed Rudolph the picture, all of the people were using long black robes, but they had different colored ties, most of them has red or green ties, and one has a blue tie. "First, we have Milly, and this is Jake." Tony pointed to a girl with magenta-colored hair, clinging to a blond boy with an undercut.

"Couple?" Rudolph asked.

"No, I think they're both single until now. Brother said they have this sister and brother-like relationship." Tony said, and Rudolph just nodded his head. "Beside him is Alexander, his friends call him Zander." Tony pointed to the boy with purple hair and lavender-colored eyes. "Then this is Hailey and Daisy. They're a couple and they're both cute together!" He pointed at a girl who has dark turquoise colored hair and black eyes, holding hands with a girl who has creamy white hair and icy blue eyes.

"I see," Rudolph said. "And I assume this is your brother?" He pointed at the boy beside Daisy. "His eyes are bluer than yours," Rudolph said, as he looks into Tony's eyes and back to the photo.

"I know, his are ocean blue, while mine is royal blue," Tony said. "This is his boyfriend Amos." He pointed at a boy with candy red hair, and yellow golden eyes.

"He looks nice," Rudolph commented. Tony nodded.

"Beside him is Daisy's big sister, Snowdrop." Tony then pointed at a girl with snow-white hair and light blue eyes.

"Pretty."

"I know, right?" Tony smiled at him, then looked back at the photo. "And these three are Liam, the tallest, Drew, the rich boy, and then Henry, he's the shortest of the trio." He pointed one by one at the three boys who is glued by Snowdrop's side. Henry had dark green hair with matching olive green eyes and was clinging to Liam had brown hair with a red fade, and blood-red eyes, who was blushing a bit. And Drew had dark pink hair, and chocolate brown eyes and has this amused look on his face.

"I feel that I kinda met someone like that green-haired boy, she has beautiful dark green eyes and matching dark green hair," Rudolph said, but then he shakes his head. "I don't know anymore, my memories are fading..."

"You don't have to remember if it's an unpleasant memory," Tony said, and Rudolph sighed. "Hmmm, and then the ones sitting on the floor is Luke, and his boyfriend Sean." Tony pointed at a brunette with golden eyes and a raven-haired boy with black orbs.

"Most of them are Homosexuals huh?" Rudolph asked.

"I guess so, wanna see this move?" Tony asked as he pointed to the photo.

"How?" Rudolph asked.

"Magic." Tony flicked his finger and the photo did move!

Hailey and Daisy looked at each other and kissed each other's cheek, Snowdrop rolled her eyes at it. Amos carried Edgar and put him on his shoulder. Liam and Henry made kissy faces at each other making Drew fake gag. Luke crawled to Sean and sat on his lap. Alexander hugged Jake from behind making Milly shriek with excitement. Rudolph's jaw dropped.

"How did you do that?"

"I don't know what my brother did to it, but for all I know, it's magic," Tony said.

"Magic, huh?"

"Yep, tell me more about your family, what they're like?"

"I have a big brother 'Gregory' and a little sister 'Anna'. They're a little annoying but they're caring and protective." Rudolph smiled. "My parents are a little strict, well my father is strict when it comes to us going out." Rudolph sighed. "I'm tired of living in the shadows. I wanna find the amulet, turn into a human and venture out into the outside world." Tony felt pity and put a hand on Rudolph's shoulder.

"It's gonna be alright. Why don't we go? Mom and Dad might be already asleep." Tony stood up, stuffed the photo in his bag, and putting his bag pack on because he might need it.

"Is that heavy?" Rudolph pointed to Tony's bag.

"No, I can handle it," Tony replied with a smile.

"Okay. Well then, can little boys like you fly?" Rudolph hovered from the floor towards the window.

"No... Maybe this was a bad idea." Tony backed away.
