Loki: Paralyzed

The Screen lights up, and They see Loki with his back turned to ask, "what am I?" before the camera turns to Odin who had been watching him say "you're my son." before switching back to Loki as he slowly turns around to reveal his completely blue face fading back to his usual completion. He asks, "what more than that?" in a deadly tone.

"HE'S BLUE!" shouts Peter

"Thank you, captain obvious," MJ drawls with a deadpan look in his direction.

"I am Jötun." Loki admits look down, ashamed, while Thor puts his arm around his shoulder in solidarity.

The video shows Loki standing in front of the casket of ancient winters while Odin stands on the stairs on the other side of the corridor. A close up of Loki slowly walking forward, asking, "the casket wasn't the only thing you took from Jotunheim that day, was it?" then Odin saying "I found a baby" as a shot of a crying blue baby is shown being picked up by Odin who is missing his eye " small for a giants offspring" Odin continues telling Loki.

"So he took you," says Nebula, somewhat commiserating

"Yeah, I'm unsure for what purpose," Loki admits feeling small

Loki's incredulous expression fills the screen as he questions, "why, why would you take me" Odin answers, "You were an innocent child," which causes Loki to yell "TELL ME!" in obvious distress. Loki starts to stutter over himself as he questions, "why because I...I..I'm monster parents tell their, children, about at night ?" with tears in his eyes.

"Jesus, they let you grow up hating the race you come from?" asks Sam "even if I weren't a therapist, I'd know that's fucked," he states, shaking his head.

"explains a lot," says Natasha "doesn't justify it but definitely makes it make sense," she adds, giving him a knowing look.

The video continues with a Dishevelled Loki sitting on the ground in his destroyed Cell screaming before switching to him screaming "HE'S NOT MY FATHER!" at his mom, which makes her get a hurt look on her face as she questions, "then am I, not your mother?" that makes Loki calm down and soften a little

"So I guess even Maniac Villains love their moms," Clint whisper to Nat.

Loki looks away from the screen, not believing that's the last conversation he ever had with her trying to will away the tears he can feel coming up he feels Thor set his hand on his shoulder and squeeze, and he leans into it gratefully.

It resumes with Loki being stabbed by a dark elf and Thor yelling in anguish as Loki is thrown to the ground clutching his stomach. "see you in hell, monster," Loki says before it switches to Thor holding him and calling him a fool Loki shakily says " I am a fool, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and Thor says pained "I'll tell father what you did here today." Loki answers back, "I didn't do it for him."

Wanda wipes the tears from her eyes as she watches the interaction thinking of her brother and how much she misses him.

Loki turns to Thor and says, "Sorry about that one by the way," and giving him a small mischievous smile

The scene of Loki being escorted down the helicarrier hallway transitions into Thor and Loki as Children as little Loki asks, "do the frost giants still live?" and little Thor says, "when I am King Ill hunt the monsters down and slay them all, just as you did father" while pretending to swing a sword wildly. The camera pans to show Odin, who says, "A wise king never seeks out war but must always be ready for it," as a scared Loki listens.

"Wise Words," Steve Says, Nodding his head along with Fury, Rhodey, and Bucky.

"They are so cute," Mantis says again about young Thor and Loki, this time to Nebula, who narrows her eyes at her until she turns back to the screen.

Loki Sats "I remember a shadow while looking up at Thor "Living in the shade of your greatness". They see Frigga looking at a thoroughly chained up Loki as he asks if he's made her proud, and she begs him not to make it worse he answers with "define worse."

Loki bows his head, ashamed of how he'd spoken to his mother, not knowing that'd be the last time he'd see her in person.

Thor pats his shoulder in sympathy, knowing his regret.

Odin is sitting on his throne saying, "all of this because Loki desired a Throne" Loki answers, "it is my birthright," causing Odin to shout, "YOUR BIRTHRIGHT WAS TO DIE!" Loki looks hurt as Odin continues a little quieter, "as a child cast out on a frozen rock." Loki looks up at Odin with obvious hurt in his eyes as he says, "if I had not taken you in, you would not be here now to hate me" Lokis looks miserable in his shackles as Odin goes on to sentence him to spend the rest of his life in the dungeon.

"So your dad's kinda a dick too, huh?" Tony asks, looking at where Loki is trying to make himself small

"What do you mean too?" Howard asks Tony squeezes his eyes shut he had completely forgotten about him being here "we can talk about it later," he grits out, not opening his eyes

Loki is sitting in a destroyed room laughing, saying, "you must be truly desperate to come to me for help," before it changes to Loki holding up the tesseract with a resigned look on his face. Loki wearing his helmet, then saying, "you have heart."

"Oh," everyone turns to see Clint hunched in on himself as Natasha holds his hand and signals for them to ignore them.

Loki sinks in his seat with guilt.

The video continues with Jade slapping Loki and him laughing, Sif holding her blade in his throat, then Volstagg stopping him. Loki expertly dispatching several dark elves

'Why didn't you fight like this in New York" inquires agent Coulson

"Why indeed" is all Loki says, ignoring the questioning glances

Loki shouting kneel in Germany and looking frightened in the Quinjet,

"Oh, I remember this one," says Cap looking around excitedly "be quiet, doll we're trying to watch," Bucky says, pushing steves head back to look forward, sending apologetic looks all around

resuming the video shows Loki yelling at a visibly distressed Odin "you know it all makes sense now why you favored Thor all these years because no matter how much you claimed to love me, you could never have a frost giant sitting on the throne of Asgard" as he rants Odin keeps trying to get him to help but eventually collapses which Loki finally notices and calls for help with tears in his eyes.

"Care more than you let on, don't you?" questions Bruce, just getting a Glare in return

"My brother cares very much," Thor boasts loudly before Loki can shush him. Loki Elbows him in between his ribs for his troubles knocking the wind out of him though

Thanos tortures Thor as Loki tries to stay calm but eventually stops him by shouting "alright stop" and sending a defeated look to Thor. The Scene changes again to Loki, Declaring "Loki Prince of Asgard, Odinson" with a meaningful look at Thor, "the rightful king of Jotunheim, God of Mischief," as he slowly steps toward Thanos.

"So you gave him the Tesseract to protect Thor? interesting" mutters Fury giving Loki an appraising look

The scene Switches again to a close-up of Loki's face as Thanos strangles him as he gasps out, "you...will..never..be...a god" before Thanos snaps his neck and he's dropped in front of a bound Thor. The video ends with Thor Crying over Loki's Body.

"Okay, I know this is sad, but how many more videos are we gonna watch that end with you crying on him," Clint asks, Looking at Thor and Loki.

Natasha smacks him in the back of the head as she gives their huddle and apologetic look.

"He has a point," says Rocket Clint snaps and points at him like see he gets it, but Tony offhandedly says, "I wouldn't get excited about a build a bear agreeing with me if I were you, ow!" he yelps at the end as Pepper pinches him for being rude and everyone snickers at him.

"Let's just watch the next one," says Cap
