Where I predict the deaths and give my reason why I think this way. Keep in mind this is only my opinion, whether you agree with it is up to you.

Call me crazy and all but I think Anko might be the first to go.
Ok hear me out.
This move would be play out as a throw off to the viewer and the protagonist to think twice on their feet.
Anko looks important to the story so killing her off first would throw in some questions like "why was she hyped so much if she was going to die first?" And "what really was her talent?"
I doubt that they are going to reveal her talent early on (since in V3, they didn't reveal Rantaro's talent when he got killed off until much later) but there are some theories about her talent that I'll be explained later on.
And who's going to be the one to kill her?

I know crazy right? But hear me out.
Daisuke would do anything for his family as stated by the creators.
So if the first motive went similar to Trigger Happy Havoc and the second chapter of V3 with the motive videos about the ones that they care for the most, then Daisuke would be the most affected by this.
He would kill someone to get an explanation and a reason why his family got "killed off" (and I'm saying this in quotes).
He would pick Anko because he would view her as the most dangerous. Not Daigo but Anko because in his eyes, she would try to manipulate the strings so if anyone would murder, she would guide them in the wrong direction. Whether this would happen is up to debate but I believe that would be his second reason why.
