Yes I have pondered on this for a while but I finally got a prediction for this.
Chapter 5's victim is going to be Alice. I don't have any particular reason why but I feel like with her death, there will be some Conner angst and Cadeo would comfort him and possibly Emma because she's a good friend.
The killer? Sophia who tries to frame Yuma.
This is more or less going to be short but I got a more fleshed out theory for Chapter 6 if that's going to be the reveal for the mastermind and it's quite sad.
So the mastermind is going to be reveal as Cadeo.
Conner, who feels betrayed by this, asks him why and Cadeo explains that the killing game was never meant to happen.
He just wanted a safe place for people who severe trauma and had horrible past to come together and recover from the trauma. He wanted them all to feel happiness. And that he wanted the bad people (Jason and Sophia) to redeem themselves for all their bad actions.
However something went wrong and then they are all forced to participate in a killing game.
Cadeo tries to execute himself but Connor stops him. Emotional stuff happens and the remaining people are set free.
Then Cadeo remembers the other killing game that was going on which is the spin off where their relatives are.
I can't do a full on theory on the spin off yet since not much has been reveal but once that happens, I'll put it on the list.
