I honestly doubt that they will pull a Tsumugi on her since that would be too predictable in my opinion.

Daigo getting killed?! He seems more like a killer than victim.
I have a reason for that.
He would most likely seen Urara get killed by the killer and would try to take the killer down using his strength but inevitably dies.
He doesn't like fighting "weak people" but in this case the killer would be strong not due to their strength but due to the method on how they kill.
That's right! Chapter 3's killer is!

Honoka would kill Urara first and then Daigo sees this and will try to take her down but due to her most likely method of killing, he will not be strong enough.
I don't see Honoka surviving or being the mastermind at all. She has to go somehow and her highest death rate is at Chapter 3 as the killer.
