Where I predict the deaths and give my reason why I think this way. Keep in mind this is only my opinion, whether you agree with it is up to you.

We all know that anyone with a medical talent has to go. Unless he's the mastermind but I already have someone in mind.
The victim is Ichirou in this chapter.
Now I'm thinking if Chapter 4 wasn't sad enough then this one will be (in my opinion).
I see Ichirou trying to save the killer from dying but he ends up dying because the killer most likely didn't want help because they didn't want to hurt him.
It pains me to say this but I believe the killer will be her.

Sad anyway, I see her killing Ichirou because she doesn't look to well due to the killings. Ichirou tries to help her but she refuses his help.
Ichirou continues to follow Rei but she would still refuse to help. Not many actually pay attention to this since they would assume that Ichirou knows how to take care of himself and Rei would eventually seek his help.
Hiroto (in great Shouen protagonist fashion) is suspicious of this but when he see Ichirou alive and well, he dismisses the thought.
However nobody sees Ichirou afterwards and neither does Rei. The last person to have seen Ichirou was Hiroto so the suspicion is on him.
They find him dead and eventually find that the killer is Rei and she leaves off with an emotional post trial before her execution.
