I love you, damn it!

I can't believe Alex! Why would he asked Lisa to marry him when he talks about how mad she makes him. Lisa is no good for him. I don't see why he always goes back to her. She's fucked him over more than once. You can so easily see that she just wants his money.

"Hey Jack, this doesn't have to come in between us." That's what he told me after he had asked that thing the god forsaken question.

He's going to change. Its going to take away from his focus on the band and the shows and the whole thing that got us where we are: the fans. What if he has kids with her than he definitely won't focus on us anymore.

I mean I'm happy for him in all honesty but why couldn't he see the way I love him. I've been trying for so long to get him to notice. Sometimes it feels like he has but then it all vanishes.

Alex is in his bunk alone and I need to do some major talking to him. I walk to his and climb in without asking.

"Ummm hey Jack."  He mumbles God he is so cute. No Jack that is not what you came in here for.

"Alex, why did you ask her to marry you?"  I ask him bluntly no need in beating around the bush.

"Because Jack I told you. Its what I wanted." He looks away like he can't quite met my eyes.

I touch my hand to his face to make him look at me. He's eyes snap to mine. I lose all focus when his eyes are locked dead on. I feel his hand on my knee and the trance is gone I look down. I tak e his hand in mine and study it. This isn't the first time we've even done anything like this. And I need him once more. I need him to know that I truly love him. More than she ever can or will.

"Alex?" I ask quietly

"Yes, Jack?" He moves him hand to the back of my neck.

"What if I don't want you to marry her?" It comes out barely a whisper.

"Well maybe you should kiss me so I can remember what your lips feel like and I can forget all about her." He sounds determined.

I lean down where our lips are about to touch. He tuggs on my neck to pull me down the rest of the way and our lips collide. I get the same butterfly feeling as I always do. His hands travel up my shirt, his fingers are cold and the feeling makes me lose breath.

I pull back and look deep into his chocolate eyes "Please don't go through with it?"

"Jack, will you finally be mine if I don't?"

"Alex, I've waited so long for you to ask me that"

"Then its settled." He gets up and goes to the living room part where she was. "Lisa, I take it back. I want back the ring. We are done I never even liked you I was using you as a cover up so people wouldn't know that I am completely in love with Jack." 

"You're what?! You love Jack?!" She screamed I knew that was coming.

To prove what he had just said he grabbed my hip puleed me close to him and kissed me like he never had before. It left me wanting more of him in that moment. I heard Lisa scream and a very loud smack but in was too busy watching Alex to see anything. Alex looked at me, I could see the red hand print on his face. "I love you, Jack."

"I love you too, Alex."
