The Drummer

Chapter 3

As you smile back at danny he winks and opens the door, to reveal hunter and the lead guitarist and vocals, Travis Clark.

"hi! I see you've already met our drummer danny!" hunter says as he rushes over and hugs you.

"yes I have!" you smirk back and look over to Danny, he winks back playfully.

30 Mins later.

"so Trav how long have you known hunter?" you ask Travis.

By now you all have ditched chairs and are sitting in a circle on the carpet, you inbetween Danny&Trav.

"since high school really! Same with drew and danny! How about you?" he says, leaning slightly closer to you as he says it. You get a glance of his perfect blue-grey eyes.

Slightly leaning the other way, toward Danny, because its getting a bit uncomfortable you reply;

"basicly all my life! I've know him since I was little!" smiling at hunter as you say it.

After spending almost 2 hours sitting and chatting with the boys it's time to leave. As you say goodbye to everyone Travis comes up to talk to you.

"hey beautiful, so I was wandering if your free new years eve? The guys are coming back here for a get together, I'd love it if you joined us?" he says, hands in pockets leaning up against the wall, grining attractivly.

'wow he's so cute but what about danny...?' you think before awnsering.

"I'd love to! Will the whole band be here...?" you say, feeling yourself blush slightly, thinking about Danny.

"if you mean Danny then yes." he says bluntly, standing up straight again. Like he's turned his charm off. He's hurt, you can sense it.

"no, I-I-I .." you think quickly and blurt out,

"I ment would you be there?" you say, giving him false hope, and you smile weakly.

He stands up and pulls his hand through his long, soft ginger hair, blushing slightly he says,

"oh.. Yes I will definatly now I know your going! Il see you tomorrow then , there?" and with that he takes your hand, kisses it and walks out. Turning back once to wave.

'WHAT JUST HAPPEND' you think to yourself shocked.

'did travis seriously just do that? Am I falling for him? No... I like Danny ... I like Danny.' thinking this you see Danny standing in the corner, looking down at his phone.

You walk over, it's just you 2 left in the room.

'do you do something risky like tell him you like him? Or ask to go with the party with him? What!?'

Before you know it your standing face to face with him, and he looks up, he blue eyes sparkling.

"hi..." he says, grining.

"hiya" you reply, feeling yourself blush, you look down at your feet and your hair covers your face.

"look I've been meaning to say something since I met you..." his words trails off as he lifts your head up so your eyes meet, moving the hair out of your eyes he kisses you making you blush uncontrollably.

You pull apart and he grins at you.

"sorry I couldn't help myself... I've been meaning to say, will you come to the party with me? Tomorrow?"

He blushes. He's shy, you can tell. He isnt cocky like Travis.

'WHAT DO I REPLY?' you think shocked to yourself.

"I-I-I........"
