Chapter 9

As you pull away, after a long kiss, fully aware his hand is still on your waist you say;

"look, this is great but... Danny? I like you I do but I sttt..." and before you can finish your sentence he's kissing you again.

As you both pull apart he smiles but your still weary.

"whats wrong beautiful?" he asks sitting back in his seat, playing with your hair.

"you know...I'm just worried, just don't want to instantly regret something that could eventually be great" you say twiddling your thumbs awkwardly.

He lifts your head up and just says,

"want to go for that coffee now?" and he grins.

~at starbucks~

As you walk in to the Starbucks your heart sinks, still holding travis's hand you sigh. It's the starbucks that you met Danny in.

"oh no, I'm sorry!" travi says turning red.

"it's fine! He's gone and I need to get over it, over him!" you say hugging his arm, realising how much taller he is then you.

As you go to sit down, you order a hot chocolate and trav goes to get the drink, you check your phone.

*1 new message from hunter*

"hi, I heard about Danny, he just text me... Are you okay? How's trav? Text me back okay I don't want I worry about you princess"

His text makes you smile. He's like an older brother you never had!

"hi hunter, I'm fine so is trav. So look... Me and trav kissed, alot? Good or bad? I'm still deciding but I think I like him? Am I being... Slutty or..." you text him back. Hunters opinion could make this or brake this right now. The your battery dies.

'damn!' you sigh.

"everything okay?' travis smiles, handing you your hot chocolate.

"phones dead! Thank for the drink hun" you smile back taking a sip of the drink an aware it has a whole alot of whipped cream on the top. Putting the cup down travis starts laughing hysterically, almost spitting out his drink!

"what's so funny?" you say puzzled but laughing, turning to him beside you.

"you have whipped cream all over your top lip!" he say laughing just as hard.

You feel yourself turn bright red but you can't help but laugh... A lot. As you go to wipe it off he kisses you, still giggling a little.

When he sits up again he has foam on his top lip too, and he pulls a crazy face making you laugh a lot!

You haven't felt like this in a while, it's like your first ever date, like the feeling when you had yor first ever kiss.

As you both wipe the foam off your top lip you look at each other and laugh some more.

"you have a little..." he says wiping the corner of your mouth, getting rid of the remaining foam. You kiss him quick and smile and turn back to your drink still smiling like a weirdo.

"what was that?" he asks puzzled putting his arm around you, "not complaining or anything" he continues.

"aha, I couldn't help myself" you grin, resting your head on his shoulder.

*that night, after the 'date'*

As you walk home, hand in hand you turn to him an stop and say,

"well here's my house! Thanks for walking me home!" you hug him and look up into his eyes.

"no problem princess" and he kisses you.

A you wave back to him and smile and bit your lip, he wave back with his tattooed covered arm. As you shut your door you lean back against it, hands on your heart, like out of a film!

As you phone finally charges it beeps automatically, from hunter.

As you rush over and fling yourself on the sofa and un-lock your phone reading the long awaited message. It didn't really mater though, now? You like him, and obviously hunter will too I mean he's the lead singer!

You read his message anxiously...

'look... I don't know how to say this but hes a bit of a player? I don't want you to get hurt that's all. I wouldn't if I were you..'
