Week 3...another week of practising and maybe having to rap battle someone again. The Boyfriend knew what to expect now. So he decided to just keep practising. It was the only thing on his mind anyway. Then one day, during the week, he got a call from his Girlfriend. He smiled as he reached out to his phone and answered it.
"Hey, Girlfriend."
"Hi, Boyfriend. I was wondering if you want to walk around town for a bit. Just the two of us. If you don't want to, it's okay."
"No no. It's fine. Whatever you want to do, I'll do it with you. There's no way I would turn down anything you wanna do!"
"Oh. Okay then. Meet me by the skate park okay?"
"Okay. It's a date!" He said with a smile. They then hung up and Boyfriend decided that he was going to look cool just because he felt like he should do so. He decided to wear his usual shirt but with a cool grey hoodie on top of it. He was going to keep it unzipped because cool guys do it apparently. He then decided to wear some cool jeans that had a tiger stitched onto the front pockets. He had recently bought it at a sale that was on at one of the biggest clothes shops in town. He thought it would suit him and could give him a really cool and intimidating rapper look. He wore those and then took his usual trainers and decided to do something about the colour. He decided to spray paint his trainers black. He didn't know why he was going to spray paint his shoes but he went for it anyway. He took out some black spray paint from under his bed and began spray painting his shoes. Then after he was finished, he put the can away and admired his work. He was actually kind of proud. He then gave the shoes a few minutes to dry out, getting impatient most of the time and using a hairdryer that belonged to his sister to speed things up. Then he put them on, grabbed a bag and his credit card in case the Girlfriend wanted to go shopping at any of the stores they'd pass.
His Girlfriend always tried to tell him he didn't need to buy her stuff all the time because she has the money. But the Boyfriend always told her she deserved everything she wanted and won't hesitate or mind buying it. He also told her to save her money for better things too. He felt like the Girlfriend was wasting her money on random stuff when she could be using that money for something better. Maybe a nice, big house when they move in together one day. Maybe sound equipment. Maybe new speakers if their old ones broke. Anything like that. But she always spent her money on CD albums of her favourite band, new dating games, or makeup. He told her she doesn't need makeup. He hated seeing her with makeup because he believed that she was beautiful already without it. But she never listened to him. Though she does have a lot of insecurities about herself so it's understandable why she thinks she looks better and hotter with makeup. But the boyfriend wasn't sure of it. But he kept his mouth shut as to not upset her or make her parents mad.
Once he was ready to head out, the Boyfriend grabbed his house keys before leaving the house. He didn't want to lock himself out of the house like the last time he did. When he last locked himself out, he had to muster the courage to climb the pipe that was next to his always open bedroom window so he could get back in. However, it usually took two hours for him to build that courage because the Boyfriend was scared of heights. He never liked high places and never climbed anything unless he was in a situation where that was one of the only options or there were no other options. He sighed just as he remembered that and kept his keys in the front pockets of his jeans. He then left the house and went outside, making his way to the skate park where his Girlfriend would be.
When he got there, he saw his girlfriend, chilling on a ramp and watching some teens skate and do awesome tricks with their skateboards. She saw her boyfriend and waved at her. He waved back and walked to her. He noticed some of the teens eyeing the girlfriend up and he didn't like it. But he chose to ignore them and climbed up on the ramp and sat with her.
"You sure look beautiful." He said to her.
"Aww thanks" She blushed lightly and pat his head. The Boyfriend smiled.
They relaxed for a while but had to go because some older guys tried to hit on the girlfriend and the boyfriend didn't wanna fight them. They looked quite tough with their muscular body and creepy look on their face. They also were drinking and made the Girlfriend quite uncomfortable. The boyfriend just grabbed her and said to the guys "She's my girlfriend. I wouldn't try to hook up with her if I were you. Her father could very easily kill you if you laid a finger on her, pal. Her mother as well. Both are very protective from her and if they hear about ya trying to mess with her, things will not end well.."
He took her away from the skate parks as the guys started laughing at him. Once he got her far enough away from there, he sighed and let go of her arm.
"Ugh. Why are some guys like this to girls? Maybe it was a bad idea to come here. Its not your fault though."
"I know. Some people just have no respect. You didn't have to say those things though.."
"But what am I supposed to say? I just wanted them to know not to try anything. Plus I'd most likely get the blame for not protecting you well. So I gotta try the best I can to keep you safe."
"I suppose. So what should we do now?"
"I dunno. Wanna walk around the train station?"
"Sure."
The two got up and left the skatepark and started walking towards the train station. They held hands for a while and talked for a while. Once they got to the train station, they decided to grab a snack from the snack bar and sit down. Boyfriend munched his crisps and fed the Girlfriend a few every now and then. They chilled there for an hour or so until the Boyfriend noticed a familiar face. That familiar face had ginger hair, a green sweater and carried a gun in his hand...
wait....
It can't be....
"Pico??!"
((So I'm going to leave it here and make this a two parter thing with the whole Pico part. I have so much to write and I'm sorry this chapter wasn't published sooner. I have been busy with too many things and honestly, my brain hasn't functioned properly because of it which explains why this chapter is a little shorter than the others. I don't know actually. I haven't checked.
Hope you like this chapter by the way and I'll give the next part to you guys maybe by mid-May.
Peace out, my lovelies! ✌💛💛))
