"It's going to be ok Jacob", said dad.
"Well I don't know, I mean who am I going to live with?"asked Jacob.
"Us", answered dad.
"What!"I shouted. He is 18 or I think he is.
"His mom ; my fiance, is in the hospital her son Jacob your step brother is staying", said dad sternly. Well that shut me up.
"Anyways I am going to see how your mom is doing", said dad leaving Jacob and I.
"I am sorry",I said punching Jacob on the shoulder. "But you were being a douche".
"Well I ... whatever", said Jacob and we hugged.
"Brake it up brake it up", said dad which cause Jacob and I to laugh.
"I think we should go home now", dad continued to say.
We drove in silence with my dad braking it.
"I am ordering pizza", said dad. "Cool", I replied.
"So Jacob really gonna move in with us?"I asked.
"Yea, he told me that he'll be here tomorrow", answered dad keeping an eye on the road.
"How did the accident happened anyways?"I asked.
"She was hit I told you already in an hit and run", said dad with annoyance in his tone.
"Yea I forgot, what are the injuries?"I asked.
"Well her ribcage is broken she has a punctured liver, broken bones and a broken spinal cord", said dad with tears coming out of his eyes.
"Wow", I said wiping the tears off dad's face.
"5months in the hospital plus physiotherapy and they are not sure if she's going to be able to walk again", said dad stopping the car and now crying
"Dad every thing going to be alright",I said trying to comfort him.
"lets just go home and eat pizza",said dad with a fake smile plastered on his face
