Step Brother (Jacob latimore story)

Chapter 10

"Zamoia it's time to go", Jacob said and I followed him.

The ride home is uncomfortable and awkward. Jacob is starting at me again and I am trying my best to avoid him.

"So Zamoia your dad is getting married ", Monica said braking the silence and I nodded my head.

"The party was fun",Jacob friend Daniel stated.

"Yea", Monica said in agreement.

The two of them were the only one talking.

I glance at Jacob and his face was in his phone as always.

"Get out",Jacob's friend Daniel said which I thought was rude but it is his car.

"Bye Jay",Monica said and the car drove off. I swear she like my step brother.

"How was the party?"asked dad

"Ok",I said,"but I am tired so I'll talk to you in the morning". He nodded his head and Monica and I went up stairs.

"Zamoia can I tell you something",she said. 

"I guess",I answered,"be quick I want to sleep". "I like your brother",she said and I wasn't surprised at all.

"Well date him,tell  him how you feel",I suggested to her, and I don't think I am going to tell her about the kiss although it probably meant nothing.

"Well at least I have your blessing",she said hugging me,and we went to sleep.

"Get up girls", My dad shouted which causes me to throw a pillow at him.

"Don't do that again",he said angrily and I laughed

"I guess you forgot about school today", he said shaking his head.

"Just remember to be ready in the next 20  minutes", he said sternly and exit the room.

"Wakey wakey",I said removing the cover from Monica's head.

 "I am up, race you to the bathroom", she said then ran out the room. 

"Immature",I shouted and went to use my dad's bathroom.

10 minutes later I was done and I went back to my room Monica was curling her hair. I put my clothes on. I had on a orange Jordans,grey  jagger pants and white  long sleeve shirt with a puppy on it. Monica had on pink vans,with a matching color  crop top and black leggings.Since Monica and I woke up late we had to eat breakfast in the car which was a blueberry muffin.

"Thanks for the ride Mr Bell", Monica said slamming the door which my dad scold  her for doing. "Bye dad",I said giving him a hug and he drove off.

"Zamoia", I hear someone call my name and the person and her sister approached me.

"Hey Gabrielle and Danielle",I said and we started talking about the party. The twins didn't went,they were grounded.
