(Elizabeth's POV)
Once we get to school. I get my things ready and get out of Aurora's car. When we get out I see that everybody is looking at us. I look back just to see if they were looking at someone behind us, but no there was no one there.
Do I look funny or something for them to be looking in our direction?
I just hate when people keep on staring at you for no reason like do they have an issue with us because I'll like to know why and I'll solve it for them. I swear some people stare too much for my liking.
I guess Aurora felt my discomfort and frustration because the next thing I know I hear her yelling at everyone to look another way if they don't want anything to happen to them. We made our way down to our first class before the tardy bell rang.
I sat at the table in front of Aurora. Just like yesterday when we first came in English class. The girl that was sitting next to me yesterday transferred to another school. I put my AirPods on to listen to some music, while we waited for the teacher to come into the classroom.
First, you gonna say you ain't a runnin' game, thinkin' I'm believing every word
Call me beautiful, so original, telling me I'm not like other girls
I was in my zone before you came along, now I'm thinking maybe you should go
Blah, blah, blah, blah
I be like nah to the I, to the no, no, no—"Um excuse me can I sit here" I was interrupted by a girl's voice I look up for it to be a really pretty redhead.
"Oh sure go ahead" I replied nervously with a small smile.
"Thanks" she smiles back at me.
"My name's June, what's your name?" June asked me.
"My name's Elizabeth, but you can call me Lizzy," I tell her.
We started to talk and I liked this girl. We had a lot of things in common. We didn't even realize that it was the end of the first period, but I asked her if she wanted to sit with me. Since I didn't have anyone to sit with because the girl I sat with yesterday moved and all her friends were fake.
I make my way over to Aurora so we can walk to class together. As we were walking people kept on looking at us.
I swear if it's because of yesterday that's nothing when you piss her off.
(Aurora's POV)
Girls kept on giving me dirty looks left and right. Boys had lust in their eyes. Like honestly they need to mind their business if it doesn't concern them. I'll help them mind their business if they keep trying me. We just kept on walking 'ignoring' the looks I got from people. Once we walk into our second class I spot Nikki at the table I sat yesterday at.
"Hey, Aurora nice fight you had yesterday very entertaining"
"Well thank you, kind sir," I said to him in a British accent.
We continue to talk during class while Lizzy was also listening because she was interested in our conversation. The teacher told us a couple of times to keep quiet but after the third time, she just ignored us. She's acting as if we never do her work. I already graduated high school and this is an advanced class. So there's nothing else to do in her class.
Right now I'm just wanting Elizabeth to show up so we can go get Emily then go home. Do some work, eat, and then sleep.
"There you are, are you ready so we can go home?" I ask Lizzy once I finally see her coming towards me.
"Ya let's go"
We get inside the car and I start the engine. So we can finally go home. Well obviously get Emily then go home. Once I start the car drive back to the mansion. It was getting awkward which was weird because she always talked to me about what happened to her on a good or bad day she would always talk to me and let it out. And she looked to be in deep thought.
"Hey, Lizzy?" no answer.
"Lizzy?" and no answer.
"Lizzy are you okay?" again no answer.
"LIZZY?"
"Why are you yelling at me?" Lizzy asked me.
"Ummm maybe because you were in deep thought little sister. Now, what's going on in that big head of yours?" I ask her.
"Rory, can I ask you something?"
"Baes you just did"
"That's not funny"
"Fine, what's the question?"
"I was thinking you know how I want to study or more like already studying to becoming a doctor, right?"
"Ya, but Lizzy what does this have to do with me you already know I'll support you in whatever to want to become in the future?"
"Well... I was thinking if I could work for you and you know like help you when you need me"
I take that back when I said I support her in whatever she wants to become.
"Lizzy no"
"Why not?"
"Because it's dangerous Lizzy"
"But my life is already dangerous"
"Lizzy we're not having this conversation right now"
"No, why can't I, living my life is already dangerous why can't I help you"
"Lizzy you hate violence how are you going to handle it when people try to kill you?"
"They already try to"
"That's the end of this discussion no means no Lizzy"
"Whatever"
The rest of the car ride was dead silent as we went to go and pick up Emily. Once we picked up Emily we went home. She was asleep so thank god for that. Once we got home we both went straight to our rooms.
(Two hours later)
Now I'm heading towards the dining room. Since it's almost time for dinner. Plus I was already done with my work and I was starving. Everyone starts coming down for dinner. Then they served us food so I starting eating.
Everyone was talking to each other while, Emily, and Elizabeth stayed quiet. I was eating so I don't have time to talk to these people when I'm enjoying my food. My guess is Elizabeth is still mad about what happened earlier. And Emily is still passed out and refuses to eat anything right now.
"Aurora, Elizabeth you will be having a birthday party or more like a ball in the next three weeks so please pick out your dresses for the sewist," our father tells us.
Well, would you look at that... Im totally going all out no questions about it.
Three more weeks
