Four's pov:
I noticed a small kid trip over. Usually I would have literally walked on them but this time I felt pity. A picked him up and helped him to his feet. I gently turned him around so I could see who it was, it was the kid from last night. I felt him flinch away. Crap- was it something I did? Whatever. Best not to think about it. "Be careful." I mumbled to the kid, I placed him down where he ran off. I sighed. Guess he knows my reputation. I wonder who told hi- suddenly a thought intrudes my brain... Seven. I told him to stop telling his friends to stay away from me! I groaned. I'd talk to the yellow dude later. For now I listened to professor Test tube talk about scientific formulas, tuning her out like a white noise machine. My mind filled with random, thoughts. I noticed the little yellow dude doing science quit well, I gawked at this. I started trying to copy off him and soon I had what looked like a sausage taking a crap on a cat. It'd have to do. I thought. Test tube went around checking everyone's projects. She had a clipboard and wrote things down as she went by each kid. At the end the bell rang, I got up and made my way to the cafeteria. I slung my bag over my shoulder and sat at a table, alone as usual. I noticed the little yellow dude sitting alone at a table. It was weird but I felt a pit in my stomach as if I actually pitied the kid. I sighed and took a deep breath, the air almost tasted sour. I walked to the small yellow dude's table and sat down opposite him. He seemed a little started at my presence and tried to avoid making eye contact with me. I chuckled "Let me guess, Seven's friend right?"
No one's pov:
X flinched but nodded. Four took a bite from his food. "Y'know you shouldn't trust everything he says." Four remarked. "So what did he say about me," Four asked out of curiosity. X sighed and decided to just engage. "It's best you don't know..." X mumbled. Four groaned "Ugh- fine." Four grumbled. "Look I can just leave." Four offered "You don't have to. I usually don't have anyone to sit with." Said X softly. Four seemed a bit taken aback by that response, but he just nodded in compliance. "So what grade are you in?" Asked X. X already knew he just wanted to strike up a conversation. "Grade ten," answered Four. X nodded, they both sat in silence for a bit. The bell startled X with it's loud sound, "Oh well that's my cue." Said X as he got up and ran to his algebra class. Four waved to him and got up, walking to his geometry class.
Four's pov:
I sat at my desk, the teacher for this class was Frame. He was, very boring. I let out a long groan. "Four do you need to go to detention?" Frame asked me with a raise of his brow. I rapidly shook my head. "No sir!" I said frantically. He sighed and got back to teaching. The end of the day arrived soon and I got up, getting on the bus home. I passed out on my bed as soon as I got there.
End of chapter 3.
