Lauren hadn't seen Camila all day, which meant her plan was working. It's not that Lauren didn't want to see or be around Camila, it was that she couldn't. Not yet at least. Lauren was completely and utterly in love with Camila. She truly was, which was why her heart broke every time she had to sneak out of the other girls hotel room or pretend not to notice how beautiful Camila was. Time and time again Camila was stolen from Lauren, whether it be by management or one of her many dates, Lauren was never a priority in Camila's life. Sure they had their secret dates where they snuck away together but it was never enough, at least not for Lauren.

Lauren was beginning to think she had made a mistake. Maybe this relationship with Camila couldn't last. Things were just too hard. They were never in their favor and Lauren was getting tired of being the only one fighting for something that was only bringing her pain.

As Lauren tiptoed back into her hotel room after leaving Camila's she realized that maybe somethings were just too good to be true. It was then that Lauren promised herself she wouldn't let Camila hurt her again. Lauren needed distance and that was exactly what she was going to get.

After she had responded to Camila's text, she made it her mission to keep as much distance as possible between the two. She knew exactly what Camila was going to do. She was going to apologize and try to make it up to her. She would shower her with kisses and compliments and Lauren would melt and forget all about why she was upset. Not this time. No this time she was going to put herself first and decided what she truly needed.

When the two of them we're together it felt as if Lauren needed Camila to breathe, she needed her to calm her mind and keep her grounded. Camila was Lauren's light in the darkest parts of her mind and to be without her terrified Lauren. She couldn't imagine not getting to kiss her perfect lips or be the reason behind her gorgeous smile. Lauren needed Camila, but it was beginning to feel like Camila might not need Lauren and that thought alone worried Lauren. She knew she needed space, for her own sanity, she needed to collect her thoughts and finally do what was best for her.

Camila had been blowing up Lauren's phone nonstop all morning. Lauren had 15 text messages and 5 missed calls all from the other girl. As Lauren sat in hair and makeup talking with her stylist, Dinah walked in.

"Hey Lauren! Have you seen Camila?" Dinah asked

"Huh... What? No... no I haven't seen her why?"Lauren stuttered.

"Oh no it's just cuz management is looking for her and she missed her wake up call. I checked her room but she wasn't there. I think they're trying to set her up with Mendes again. Now that he's got his album coming out, they think it'll be the perfect time for them to get some people talking again." Dinah said as she sat in the chair across from Lauren.

"Of course they do," Lauren muttered under breath. Why not pimp Camila out to the highest bidder? It's not like she was in a relationship or anything.

"What was that?" Dinah asked.

"Oh no I just said no I haven't heard from her." Lauren quickly covered up.

"Oh okay, well if you do just let her know Mendes is coming to the show tonight so management needs to meet with her before we take off."

"Wait Shawn is coming to the show? Tonight? Isn't he on his own tour?" Lauren was beyond annoyed at this point. Anyone with eyes could tell Lauren didn't like Shawn. There was just something about him that always seemed to rub her the wrong way, and now, today of all days, he was going to be at their show, flirting with Camila no doubt. This was shaping up to be a perfect fucking day.
